What a day! Collected ‘JOY’ today from Aidan and Ralph at CamperKing Surrey.
They have both been AMAZING in our journey of choosing the van that ticked a lot of boxes. Emails back n forth with Aidan, all questions answered, and attention to detail from Ralph has made it a very happy first time buyers experience for me and my partner.

An amazing experience from viewing to handover. 5 star service.
From the moment I walked into CamperKing HQ I knew these were the campers for me. Danny was on hand to answer all of my questions and guide me through the next steps. I was part exchanging my old, but trusty camper van and all was taken care of expertly, even when I had a a little hiccup with the trade in, Danny helped sort things out quickly.
I had a couple of modifications I wanted to make to the van, which were advised and taken care of brilliantly.
This all meant I was able to take ownership of my first CamperKing just in time for a long planned NC500 trip.

Special thanks to for the excellent service when CK came out to our home to sort a couple of issues on the VW T7 CamperKing Freedom - (BTW an amazing campervan!)
Really appreciated the time that Darren took, not only bringing the replacement tabletop, but fixing a handle to the pop-top roof bed flap and providing a clear explanation as to how the mobi-bedframe system works. We had been experiencing a few problems (basically due to ‘pilot error’!) It made a real difference having someone talk us through it properly and make sure that we understood how to use it confidently. The handover was great, but there is a lot of information to take onboard.
Thanks too for putting our minds at rest regarding the rear near side lower spring dust cover (?) that had dropped off!
The friendly and knowledgeable customer service was first class throughout and clearly demonstrated excellent knowledge of the campervan and its features. It was reassuring to deal with someone so helpful, professional and approachable.
It is very reassuring to know that aftersales support and service is taken so seriously, and it has really added to our confidence in choosing CamperKing. We are really happy with our T7 Freedom and looking forward to the adventures. Would highly recommend CK!

Very swish showroom, welcoming staff, lots and lots of vans to look at - at good prices. Staff really know their stuff, big shout out to Alivia Towers who helped us through the process of buying our first campervan. T7 Solar Charging Not Fit for Purpose
We recently purchased a brand new T7 and we love the van. Less happy with CamperKing though who seem unwilling or unable to respond coherently to explaining the vast gap between solar charging capability sold to us at sales pitch versus the astonishing low trickle (2-5% per full day) we actually get. This along with other minor low quality issues that should have been noted prior to vehicle handover but were not have generally ruined the experience. I really wish we had shopped around more and bought elsewhere.

We’re pleased to hear you love the van itself, but we completely understand your frustration regarding the solar charging performance and the other minor issues you’ve mentioned. Since your concerns were raised, our team has investigated the charging behaviour and identified a few possible issues relating to the software of the charging unit. However, without a proper diagnosis we cannot pinpoint the exact fault.
Our service team has confirmed that you are welcome to bring the vehicle in whenever is convenient for you, or we can schedule an appointment for the recall and repair work if preferred. We also understand there is a call arranged with you on Friday, and we’ll be happy to discuss the next steps then and get this resolved for you.
We never want any customer to feel disappointed after handover, and we’re sorry this has taken the shine off what should be an exciting experience. The invitation to have the recall completed remains open, and we’d very much like the opportunity to put this right.

New T7 purchase
I have just purchased my second campervan with Camperking. After wanting to upgrade my previous T6 i got in contact with Danny once again. What a great guy he is to deal with, after dealing with him a few years ago i felt i wanted to continue the journey once again with him. He showed us around the T7 explaining the changes from the T6 and helped with our decision making. Danny kept me in touch the whole way from start to finish with the custom build and was always efficient and quick to help via phone or email. The team behind the scenes also exceeded my expectations with the build of our T7. On collection day i felt i ended up with a better T7 than i even expected. The best in the game!
