VW Camper purchase
We bought our VW t6 campervan via Alivia Towers. Alivia was fantastic right from the word go. I originally made enquires on a previous camper enquiring all different questions, asking for a videos of the vehicle before traveling over 2 hours away. Of which Alivia replied back instantly via a phone call. Where I was able to discuss my questions and concerns along with a video which was sent through. Alivia also sent through all the documentation of the warranty and details of the checks camper king do to rest my mind. We then decided to make a visit to camperking in banbury where Alivia was awaiting us, after a 2 hour car journey with a cup of tea, which was really welcoming. Alivia explained she had a campervan herself and understood, why we were getting one for our family adventures. We then discussed all the different types of campervans available, to help us decide what we wanted. Even going to the extent of explaining what we would not need, which was nice as it proved she was not just delivering a sales pitch. Showing us different types of beds and layouts which helped chose the type of campervan we wanted. Alivia even took us out for a test drive in one of the hire campervans. Alivia then showed us a different van which was very similar to the one we liked, which then confirmed the one we wanted. The pick up arrangement was difficult because of my work however after contacting Alivia, we was able to collect on a different day without any problem. Alivia went through all the paperwork with us going through the warranty making sure we understood, iterating any problems bring it straight back to get it sorted. When we did pick up our camper, there was a few niggles we noticed but Alivia had it all swiftly sorted while we waited. One of which was the thatcham tracker had not yet been fitted but within 30 mins Alivia had it installed, other wise our van insurance would of been void. Alivia was really good going above and beyond during the handover, that even as the store was shutting she was happy to answer any questions we had. Even after the sale Alivia made recommendations on all the kit we could get and on all the VW festivals we could go to. We are really glad we had Alivia to help us purchase our campervan with. We would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of buying a campervan, she is worth her weight in gold. Very reassuring understanding, and down to earth.

Top team, top build!
After starting my journey with CamperKing Newcastle via email, the process of our Pursuit 4 was nothing short of exemplary.
Mark and the team made it very easy to get the final product to exactly what me and my family were looking for.
A few small changes due to lack of stock when it came to the floor choice but again Mark found a solution and settled the panic again. The whole process took 6weeks, from first contact to van drop off and the final collection.
The team also facilitated a the fitting of a vamoose awning rail and now the final van is nothing short of amazing.
Thanks again to Mark all the team for the works. Looking forward to Wild Atlantic Way in comfort this summer.

Have purchased a new T7 from Camper King we are beyond impressed with the van and the service we have received. We part exchanged our current van the service we received when we bought that from another dealer was nothing in comparison to Camper King. The team at Newcastle camperking were all very friendly and helpful. They supported me through the whole process of buying the van and design advice. They offered great advice and useful tips, about the van , insurance , campsite apps and websites. New branch used
I have been a customer of Camper King for several years and have always travelled to the head office in Banbury. For this years habitation certificate I visited the Sutton branch which is quite new and saw Ralph & Aden.
The telephone booking went well as I wanted a first one of the day. They were very obliging.
The location meant it was only an hour away from me rather than the 2 hours to Banbury. On arrival I was greeted, had a chat and booked the van in. Whilst waiting I had a look round the stock vans, good selection showing many options for the model of van and the various interiors available. Walked to the suggested cafe which was perfect for a snack and a coffee. By the time I returned my van was all sorted. The paperwork was all ready for me and was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.
Anyone looking to buy a camper van would benefit from visiting this branch where the staff are extremely knowledgable I would think anyone with a camper king van would be happy with the level of service from this branch.

From walking through the door and being greeted by a very friendly receptionist to bring shown all the vans that met my criteria and then being talked through the purchase process the whole team were fantastic. Alivia is very knowledgeable and made buying my van an absolute pleasure (excellent biscuits too!)

What can I say? The experience of making our very special purchase of the new T7 Freedom has been fantastic.
Our first impressions of Camper King were at the Caravan, Camping and Motorhome Show in Birmingham last October.
From our very first meeting, the service we received was impeccable.
Jack booked us in for an appointment in Banbury a couple of weeks later, where we were introduced to Richard. He was very attentive, listened carefully to our requirements, and was able to source a van very quickly to be converted to our specifications.
At no time did we feel rushed in making such a big purchase decision. It was so exciting to be able to build a van to suit our own taste.
Richard kindly kept us up to date with the build via email and even sent us a professional video of the van prior to collection. At handover, Richard carefully demonstrated how everything worked and showed the patience of a saint while we asked many questions.
I checked the company’s reviews before making the appointment, and I can honestly say they are well deserved. Do not hesitate to contact this company if you are considering buying a new or second-hand camper van.

Just purchased our very first Campervan…
Just purchased our very first Campervan to enjoy during retirement. Visited Banbury several times during this process. All the staff were always very friendly and the showroom a joy to explore. Danny looked after us from start to finish and was always very patient, helpful and efficient . He advised with regard to the best Campervan to suit our needs, the layout within and all manner of colour choices etc! Have driven home with the knowledge that “ if “ there is any sort of problem in the future then CK will be there to take care of everything.

Bought a low mileage T6.1 Le Mans SWB
The product speaks for itself, Richard the salesman at HQ was very knowledgeable and his approach worked for us. It’s our first Campervan, we haven’t spent a night in it yet but have great plans for the season. It drives like a car and with the rear camera I can park with ease. My uncle bought a van from this company and I gotta say their service is amazing, you call them with an issue and they have you in the next couple of days and sort out any problems, Paul and Mark are absolute gentleman and fix any problems you have, you won't get better service from any company out there including giving you a curtesy car while your van is being addressed

I’m Motorhome owner made a visit to…
I’m Motorhome owner made a visit to camper king North Shields to see their vans.When looking through windows sales man Paul come out told me to feel free to go in all vans get the feel for them no pressure or sales tactics he then went back inside left me alone .All different layouts amazing well built so I left went home started looking at my own design build and trade Motorhome in when I was ready went back still under no pressure met Paul and manager mark they said feel free take a seat go through all samples on wall still left me alone to do what I wanted ,spent time putting samples of kitchen interior samples flooring leather seating coloured diamond stitching when I was happy I asked for their service nothing was a bother really helpfull explaining how the full builds are done got me paint cards for outside van to me outside in light get better idea against white vans decided to go ahead with build gave them my budget they sorted me lovely 2024 plate transporter 13800 miles and went for monticarlo build LWB with toilet choose what I wanted outside on van painted two tone blue /White black gloss grill badges mirrors window deflectors side bars wind out awning ,I was kept informed from start to finish from Paul and mark and all the other staff I dealt with where very helpfull .I have now picked up my new van and wow amazing paint work build and extras once again Paul and mark met me make sure I was happy anything they could do then guy in body shop come out to do van hand over show me how things work explained everything clear and then asked me to use control panel make sure I understood went through inside and out on van also sent me video to watch of handover.Very well pleased with service all staff said come back anytime get in touch if I needed help this is the type of service you need on purchasing vw campers I could not fault in any way on this purchase and rest assured after service is their for me peice of mind from camperking purchase all the best to all camperking staff in north sheilds and Oxford main factory where build was done thanks

T6.1 Monte Carlo
We recently bought a T6.1 Monte Carlo from Camper King in Banbury and had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The team were friendly, welcoming, and never pushy, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Richard, who helped guide us towards the camper that suited both what we wanted and what we could realistically afford. This is more a personal/individual thing. The only area that could be improved would be staff knowledge around the Renogy system. It’s something I was able to figure out myself afterwards, but it would’ve been helpful if the team had been more knowledge of the renology system and notice a user like myself who wants to use aspects such as the monitoring app to a greater extent thatn perhaps the average user. Not a major issue, but worth mentioning, to help improve what was Overall, a greate experience with the service we received.

Camperking (Newcastle)
The support and service from Camperking (Newcastle) continues to be amazing. When our leisure battery failed while we were away on holiday, they did everything they could to help us over the phone. Once we got back, the issue was thoroughly investigated before agreeing on a replacement, their honesty and care really stood out. So when we needed a new awning rail fitted, we had no hesitation in returning.
Communication throughout has been excellent, and the work was completed to a very high standard by Darren, who even spotted an issue with our petrol cap and kindly tried to resolve that for us too.
We are extremely happy with the service and support we've received. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been lovely, helpful, and genuinely goes above and beyond. Highly recommended.
