Our payouts are sent electronically by default, so we do not mail checks as a matter of course, and whatever check reached you did not come from CampusBear. If you still have it, we would like to see it.
We pulled your orders as soon as we saw this and found the problem. Your payment was sent, you attempted to redeem it, and the transfer was rejected on the banking side. You are owed $83.01 and we want you to have it. Our support line is open six days a week and we would have solved this in one message, so please reach out any time something looks wrong.
