I have a Sony Alpha 7RV.
Shipping was longer than stated, but that happens at times...
When I received the skins for the camera and lens, it is a little intimidating.. all the small "stickers". There were no instructions or information on where to find instructions.
So, I visited the site and found some, but not for my camera.
I knew I was in trouble when the skin sticker sheet was misspelled, "Sonly" vs "Sony".
So, I tried my luck and started placing them... well, several fit fine, but several did not, and even covered important parts of the camera.
This purchase was a complete waste of money and time.

Asked me to put a positive review in return for a $25 gift card that never arrived

I wish I had read reviews as well. I placed an order on Feb. 28 and as of today still have not received my order. I emailed once and received a form-letter reply. Their website claims that orders take 11 days from receipt of order to delivery. Don't believe it. Poor customer service. I can't comment on the quality of the product as I obviously have not received it yet.

I wished I would’ve read reviews before buying from this company. It’s been a month now and I still haven’t received the Camera skins. I’ve emailed the company and just receive a bunch of excuses and they basically blame it on shipping. I would give zero stars if I could!! Definitely a waste of money!

I would give them NO STARS if I could & report them to BBB. Customer service is RUDE and not helpful. Product is terrible. A huge waste of money for stickers that don’t come with proper instructions. And if you mess up that’s to bad. Let’s REALLY GET TO THE PROBLEM… you pick your type of camera style to get that size stickers right?! Welp that was completely unnecessary to come and find out that the size isn’t guaranteed. No refund no exchanges no partial refund. No nothing but hostile customer service. Wonder why they don’t have Google reviews. It’s so you’d probably won’t feel like writing one because you have to hunt every other platform to put a review. The product is overpriced for stickers that aren’t the right size!!!

Customer support is a little slow via email, they should try to be more efficient.

I ordered the white version for my Canon, but unfortunately when I received it I couldn’t discern the pieces from the white on white background. Thankfully, customer service was exceptional and I returned the product easily.

Price wise, the material was high quality and durable. I wasn’t able to put it on my camera, but it looks and feels like a product that will last.

Exceptional customer support. I order red skin but when arrived looked more maroon. It was different from what it looked like on website. They were very friendly and accepted my return. Wish they had right red color.

For what they cost they should be better!! I received as a Christmas gift for my canon 80D and canon 100-400 lens, they are not as brightly colored as the photos show( I got the blue digital mesh), they don't go on very well at bends and creases, for the lens I had pieces leftover that didn't fit anywhere, I will leave them on until they start to peel off!! Lesson learned to not buy them ever again!!

I ordered a set for my Sony A7RV & there was trouble from the start. Camskns said the PKG was delivered and it never was, so after a WEEK of back and forth, they shipped another set. I received the skns and started the install and found out that the fitment is poor and there is a LOT of surface area on the camera that did not have skns. I expected to have MOST of the camera covered. So for the last MONTH, I have been going back and forth with Camskns (after sending them pics of my camera after I installed all but 3 skns) and being asked the same questions over & over and now handed to a different dept, I don't have a resolution. I requested they send a new set of skns and they basically said no, then I just asked for a refund (they advertise easy returns) and they have ghosted me for 2 weeks.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is a scam. An absolute scam. The vinyl is cheap (I know vinyl, I work with it everyday), it doesn’t line up, and it looked absolutely awful when it was done. My husband ended up ripping it off his Canon. This is $60 for absolute garbage. I’m 99% sure the photos on their site are photoshopped and just know you won’t be getting what they’re advertising. Do. Not. Do. It. And when you contact them? Snarky, rude, and absolutely will not refund you. CamScam needs to be shut down.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. I’ll first start with the misleading reviews and photos on their site. The decals are not correctly cut and are missing several cut out areas for the icons on your camera body. The application directions are blurry and do not match the sticker sheet at all. The quality of the decal is poor. After shooting just two events, the area where you hold the camera completely faded to white. When I emailed customer service they said it was moisture from the elements or hand lotion(LOL) and refused to honor their guarantee. Don’t fall for this scam and bogus guarantee! Customer service can only be contacted through email and there is NO company transparency .

Scan website use misleading photographs of camera lenses and delivery skin sticker only

I ordered this sell product just like picture on website Nikon lens, but they sent you skin sticker, that wasn’t lense. They don’t have phone #, I email and return it , they still delay to respond to refund, take over two weeks still no response, they try to pass disputed refund, I never heard back from them. I have my order now and am getting no where with my attempts to contact them. Had to dispute with my credit card because they will not refund . Tell everyone don’t shop this scan website, you can see lots people just like me missing the company uses misleading photographs of camera lenses and receiving sink sticker only, that how they scan and mislead many people who buy and then cannot get their money back. Just file disputed don’t waste time talk to them, they are no one answering not phone #

I realized after I ordered this product that it was a “skin” and not an actual lense. I contacted them within several hours of the order to cancel my order and continued to attempt contact over the next 3 days to cancel the order. I never heard back from them. I have my order now and am getting no where with my attempts to contact them. Very ooor customer service

Company is misleading charging $64 for a thin piece of silicone that wraps your lens ? I was looking to purchase 35 mm nicor lens and found a picture of one in their advertisement. No skin to be found, just the lens to mislead you to purchasing it. Had to dispute with my credit card because they will not refund

Ordered a skin for this back in February March of 2023 for a Sony a73, when I got my camera back for repair I put the skin on and I had it till August and the skin color and print on it faded away from minimal use and started turning white, I contacted customer support. They told me it's due to moisture in the air or hand lotion LMAO and did not try to rectify the situation. Would never order from them again I'll stick to the big brands.

Fraud. They post pics of lenses and don’t tell you they sell stickers to go around the lens.

I ordered their product for my canon lens and only received 2/3 of the decals. When I contacted them asking for the remaining decals to complete the application, I was told they were forward my email to their “concern department” aka email deleted. I have since sent multiple emails to get the remaining decals and have not received a reply. Decal layouts do not match their installation diagrams which are too blurry to read anyways. Installation directions are basic/generic. Some of the decals were not completely cut out and required an exacto blade to complete the cut. Quality of cut looks like they were done with a basic critcut machine that they bought from Michael’s.

If there was a way to post negative stars I most certainly would. I ordered a matching skin for my Nikon D850 camera and my MacBook Pro. The camera skin had some issues but I was mostly satisfied with the results. As I was installing the 3rd & final piece on my MacBook, one of the speaker cutouts wasn’t done. It wasn’t even scored where an output should be so because I was 2/3 of the way finished I cut out the piece in the way. When I reached out to the company I was told that they will not do anything to make it right because I used the skin. They didn’t offer a replacement piece nothing. In fact they kept mentioning their policy. Well right on their own website it says quality guaranteed. I received basically a defective product. They sent one incorrectly manufactured but yet said it was my fault. They hide behind no phone support, no service whatsoever and as a result stole my money.
