Oh wow, just wow. I don’t want to say much more as to not spoil it, but damn was that engrossing and down right crazy.

First, I'd like to acknowledge how accommodating CHC is! I had to reschedule my ticket a few days before the initial performance, and they helped me do so without hesitation. Then, when I realized I'd mixed up two numbers in my new phone number when I didn't receive the call, they allowed me to start my performance late. While I'll be even more careful about listing my information in the future, I'm so grateful for how understanding and helpful they've been.

As for CLAWS itself... Wow. Truly a phenomenal experience, one unlike any other play I've ever attended. I think it's fair to equate it to the feeling I get when in-character for writing adventures, except for this I chose not to go in as a muse/character, but as myself entirely and only. I love how personal it gets (and I love how clear they make it that it WILL get personal!), I love how enthralled and invested I was the entire time... I love how real he made it feel.

To my Danny - sorry kiddo. :') I wanted to see what would happen. But hey, I'm next, so we're even, right? Speaking of that, those last few lines are still replaying in my head. Andrew's delivery throughout the entire act was absolutely incredible, but those final few minutes have truly lodged themselves in my brain.

I want to experience CLAWS all over again if I can. I know it won't be the same as the first time, and I'll have to be careful to not let my knowledge of how things are likely to unfold tilt my decisions, but I can't help but want an encore. It's completely sold out at the moment and I'm not sure if there's any dates planned beyond February, but even if there's not, I'm going to keep a very close eye on any upcoming performances. If something interests me, I'll definitely buy a ticket!

I'm still reeling from my experience the next morning, and I believe I'll be thinking about it for a long time to come. Well done, CHC, and well done, Andrew!

Always fun getting spooked on a Sunday evening. Wasn't sure what to expect, but the actor did a fantastic job of keeping the story moving and engaging with me, even when I had no clue what I was doing. The bar's definitely been raised on interactive experiences!

Holy balls. Amazing!! This was truly one of a kind. It was scary, heartbreaking, and confusing.

This was the coolest thing I’ve ever experienced. The story was awesome and the actor was so on point! By the end I felt so involved in the story it was like being in the room with “Danny”. Simply amazing and I’d recommend it to anyone who loves horror. It’s like reading an epic Creepypasta but being able to be in the story yourself and everything you say effects the next part. Simply amazing!!!!

If you think you know where it's going...you don't! A creative, immersive, high-energy piece of theater that's all for you!!!

I loved it, wish they could speak maybe a bit clearer though

Wow! This was such an amazing, gripping, theater experience! They did such a fantastic job! There were great instructions on what to expect and what to say before the call happened. The actor I had was great at including me in the story. I loved that they asked my name and about experiences I had in my life! It really made the story more real. I had such a fun time with this experience I will 100% be doing this again! I’ve never experienced anything like this and I’m so grateful to have done it! Thank you Candle House Collective for giving me such an incredible experience! I can’t wait to do it again!

Great experience! Did their Claws performance. Setting the mood in the house really made me feel on edge for the person I was “helping.” Loved the interactivity and acting. If you love horror this is it.

I’m sorry Danny I messed up

I was incredibly nervous before the experience, but that quickly faded away when the call started and the actor of Danny starts talking. They make sure they lead you through the story and it doesn’t feel forced, even when there where moments I did not really know what to say or do, the actor made sure he started talking or asking questions, leading me further. In the end you have actual emotions in regards to Danny and the things he is saying are heartbreaking at times. It is such an incredible and extremely immersive experience and I 100% recommend trying it out!

I forgot I ordered these tickets, so the call really spooked me! The actor was great, even when I got a little confused. Definitely a memorable experience.

This experience is one I'd love to do again! Would recommend it to anyone who wants that last push! The experience is personal and left me thinking about it to this day even and the actor did an amazing job!

My last visit to this theater inspired me to write the essay . I remember how great was the actor game and the plot . I would recommend everyone to visit it .
