I ordered 10 pounds of malt balls to…
I ordered 10 pounds of malt balls to use as cake decorations. The website image shows them with white candy coating and colored specks. All ten pounds have a dull grey coating with the malt center showing through. Some have big black specks in them and many are damaged.
I have sent three emails in the past week and no reply.
They are unusable.
WORST service ever
WORST service ever! Never replies to emails or even messages sent through their own website. It's like they don't care. I had to file a charge back with my credit card company. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY YOUR CANDY HERE!!

I placed an order with this company and only received part of it. It is impossible to get in touch with them except by email, which they do not answer. I emailed them numerous times with absolutely no reply. They do not have a phone number ( which I should have taken note of and not ordered with them. I cannot contact them and they will not respond to a request for refund or replacement of the missing items. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!! THEY ARE CROOKS!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I purchased sugar free chocolate totalling approximately $29. When I did not receive a shipping or other status report, I inquired. Only then did they inform me that the item was a) not in stock and b) would not be in stock in the foreseeable future. They said they would issue a refund. I repeatedly asked for a copy of the refund transaction slip only to be ignored. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before making the purchase. Stay away!

Product delivered not what is pictured on their web site. When contacted they took an adversarial position and blamed the manufacturer and would not offer a refund.

terrible business. Terrible people. Terrible customer service. Just terrible.
First of all, I had to search google in order to write a review. This business will only post positive reviews and makes it nearly impossible to provide a negative public opinion. Ginger and Nicole are terrible and can not help in anyway. Instead of answering your question or helping you, they go on the defense. They also don’t know the difference between an order number and a tracking number. I had to call and ask for confirmation emails and tracking information and was connected to someone in PA who couldn’t help at all. After calling, emailing and contacting them via website, I still wasn’t provided with a receipt or shipping information. (Their contact info isn’t accurate and it’s misleading.)
In addition, this website is full of pictures and brands of candy for sale that are mostly all out of stock. I ordered 5 candies and got an email three days later that two of them were out of stock even though the website showed a different picture. They are not up to date with their website or inventory. Customer service is non existent. I was initially very impressed immediately after my order. That quickly changed. The sad part is that in order for the public to see this they will have to do an intense search to find the bad reviews.
I would never, ever recommend this business to anyone, especially if you need candy for an important event or if it is time sensitive. This business literally did 9 out of 10 things wrong and didn’t even follow their own directions or promises.
Piece of advice: after they screwed me, I found what I was looking for on amazon (in stock, *surprise*) several dollars cheaper and had it delivered the next day. Save your time, money and most importantly your energy. A feeble minded monkey could run a better business.
(Note: I don’t ever write reviews. This took a lot for me to not say terrible things about these people.)
Ordered 4 cases of jelly beans
Ordered 4 cases of jelly beans. 3 were hardened and all cracked up, either stored in poor conditions or defective to begin with. Customer service refunded me the cost of only 2 of the cases (while making me feel very bad about it). Would not shop here again.
