Expensive return

The hat was a present for my husband but it was too big for him so I wanted to return it, I already payed for delivery and when I water to return it or exchange it I was asked to pay 11£ to return it !!! I kept the hat, because it would overpay with deliveries but I am very disappointed I will not order anymore from them

I paid £80 of custom charges!!

I placed an order and could not see anywhere that the custom charges will be applied to this order, I had to pay £81 to get my delivery accepted. The customer team said that by clicking on the "process order" we agree to T&C which mention this. Who does that ! they are terrible.

Perfect Christmas Gift

Just received the cap I ordered as a Christmas present for my son in law and it’s perfect 🤩 very well packaged in its own bag and box. Took 9 days which I think at this time of year is very good. Thank you Cap hunters will def order again

terrible service

terrible service.

I ordered an item 8 days ago now and the parcel hasn't even made it into the country. Its being sent through a terrible delivery service and I was given zero indication on how long it would take.

Strongly don’t recommend.

The website is pretending to be UK based. It’s based in Spain and they aren’t interested in customer service. You will likely lose a lot of money if you try and conduct business with this website. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Received a cap which wasn't the right size and sent it back for a refund. However the item keeps getting returned to me with no explanation and all customs paid. This is costing me more in delivery fees than the item is worth. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Poor customer services and do not provide any further information. You have been warned!

Good price, good delivery

Was a bit weary as Caphunters hasn't had a great review, but they did everything perfectly. Easy website, cap I couldn't find anywhere else, good price, even better with a discount code. Simple and fast delivery. Will use again.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago a LA raiders hoodie and still no update on my delivery all it says is payment accepted. No customer service number the whole thing feels like a giant scam. I’ve requested a refund order number XAMZOZMSL

Ordered a cap from this website September 20th received a confirmation saying it had been sent out arrived in the UK on the 23rd been stuck in customs getting on for almost 3 weeks now.Contacted the company to see if they are able to do something from there end but kept getting fobbed off with stupid replies asking me to follow this link but a complete failure links don’t work 😡So just putting this down to a lost cap plus money I’ll never see again.Says Caphunters uk but items come from the Netherlands so very misleading

Horrible package delivery

Ordered 2 New Era 9FORTY Marble caps, one in white and one in black, on the 29th of July. Payed through PayPal and after 2 weeks the order was stuck on "Requested from manufacturer" for 10 days. After messaging they told me they're having some problems with their suppliers. I got a shipping code and the package was on its way. Package came to Greece on the 25th of August, despite shipping estimated for 7-10 bussines days. After the package arrived to Kos, where I am currently as a seasonal worker it didn't get delivered to me even though I payed for courrier shipping. After talking with Greek Postal Service they told me that I had to come and pick the package up myself from the post office, which I couldn't do as I don't have any means of transport. I received the package today after a whole month and a week of waiting only to see the box heavily damaged, but the hats where completely fine.

Only giving 2 stars because of the variety of hats offered and the fact that it was the only site that had the hats I wanted available. Customer support was also quite good and responded fast

Always beware of a unclaimed profile on trustpilot....
It means the company mentioned doesn't give a damn and this company is a prime example.
Rude staff communication and pointless emails sent that you can't reply to as its a non reply email address.
Awful company don't waste your money with cap hunter's they are rude and next to useless.

No correspondence

I was told when ordering that my caps would be delivered yesterday. Checked the UPS website and can't get any updates about delivery. Don't know why companies us UPS as every experience I have had is not a good one. I wouldn't have ordered if I knew that my delivery would be late as I was wanting the caps for my holiday. To avoid delay, don't use UPS, horrendous company.
