Per ogni reso più di un mese ci vuole. Mai più. La prima volta cappello è arrivato difettoso, la seconda Il cappello non era quello in foto.

All'inizio ero un po scettico viste le poche recensioni ma mi sono ricreduto e comprerò sicuramente altro.
Ho comprato 2 cappelli Goorin Bros, 100% originali con adesivo olografico. Tempi di consegna rapidi, se considerato l'invio della Spagna. Attenzione al cliente impressionante con email che ti aggiornano sullo stato dell ordine passo passo.

bought four caps from them. all came in one tiny box and as a result one of the caps had been dented permanently due to the packing. raised to send back for refund but contact very sketchy and so had to raise a paypal escalation instead. caphunters then had to message properly via paypal. eventually they offered a refund for the cap in writing but did not process the refund to paypal. had to contact paypal who took the case on and they said caphunters have not processed any refund like they mentioned in messages. paypal took over thank god.

Fast free delivery over a amount of £70 and as it's from a EU country that's a bargain! The discount code also made the hats untouchable cost wise to any UK retailers. They came after a small wait, and all I can say is they're well boxed, and perfect condition. I'm really glad I went with this company to get the caps. I read on Amazon that the Goorins are fake, so was worried these could be too. But they're 100% legit and as described and brand new. Fantastic company great set up and great prices. Will use again. I was skeptical at first however, they surpassed my expectations. After receiving my item, I was greatly fond of the packaging, the caphunters dustbag they place their caps in and not to mention the speedy delivery which arrived WAY sooner than I had initially anticipated. I gave 4* due to their customer care team replying rather longer than expected however, there isn't 1 bad thing I have to say about caphunters and will definately be using them again for my future orders.

I was a little worried ordering from this site due to the lack of reviews, But I took the chance & I’m happy to say I had a great experience.

Instantly received an email order confirmation with a order number, could follow a link which showed where in the order process my cap was(picked/packed/ready to ship/shipped) & received another email once it was shipped & on the way.

I also received emails/text from the currier to further confirm where my order was.

The cap arrived in a sturdy box & well presented in a bag. I had a quick check over & the cap is in great, new condition!
