The best…
I can't reccomended this company enough. Their customer service is exemplary. Their delivery time the fastest I've ever experienced and the tiles are beautiful in their design and quality. I wouldn't use anywhere else now. Thankyou so much

Disappointing.
Everyone knows finding the perfect tile is a challenge, and then you agonise over your choice because it’s so permanent. We found a tile we really liked, ordered a sample, was happy with it; then, I went to order it a few days later, and in the meantime, it had been discontinued and I was told that it wouldn’t be available again. Why bother sending out samples for something that is imminently going out of stock, and has ceased production?

Five Star Customer Service
Ca'Pietra has a fabulous array of stone flooring, stunning marble and tiles. The showroom in Devizes is airy and light, perfectly showcasing the beauty of the stone, especially the flooring. Jenna, the Showroom Manager, is amazing and incredibly passionate and knowledgable. The customer service and aftercare is second to none and nothing is too much trouble!

Great customer service
From help in the showroom to dealing with the customer service team, the advice and help has been fantastic. Unfortunately, a significant number of our floor tiles were cracked on arrival and they were replaced without any issue at all and incredibly quickly too.

Wonderful tiles..but I won’t be back
Wonderful tiles, but their delivery system is abysmal where they don’t allow you to track their couriers and so you never know when they’re actually arriving. Mine didn’t arrive on the day I was told they would (broken down van apparently- I’ve heard that so many times DPD!) no one told me they weren’t coming, I had to call them. On the following day I’d heard nothing by late morning so, again, I was the one who had to chase it with Ca Pietra as no one called. They arrived late evening when my tiler had gone home. A weird system- why not just let the customer liaise directly with DPD? Very frustrating. I won’t use them again.

Hi Michael,
We’re sorry to see that you've revised your review and truly hope that the delivery experience doesn’t overshadow your enjoyment of our wonderful tiles.
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances can arise during delivery, and we’re sorry to hear that this was the case for you. Please rest assured that we made every effort to organise an alternative vehicle, but unfortunately, due to the Bank Holiday, no options were available at the time.
We also apologise that you needed to call in for an update on your order. You beat us to it — we were in the process of contacting all affected customers, and as you can appreciate, this takes a little time to ensure everyone is informed.
We do value your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Should you need any further assistance, we’re always here to help.
Helpful, Patient, and Truly Dedicated Team
We were looking for a tile sample (60x120 cm) with visible veining for a client, but the veins weren’t showing on the smaller swatch samples—even after multiple attempts. Sophie was incredibly helpful and persistent in arranging the best possible sample, and Karen kindly suggested trying a 30x40 cm sample, which finally showed the detail we needed.
The delivery briefly got mixed up during a lock-up clear-out, but Sophie quickly provided the delivery details that helped us locate it. Thanks to both Sophie and Karen for their patience, support, and excellent customer service throughout!

They’ll both be absolutely delighted to receive your lovely feedback and will be looking forward to supporting you further with your order.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience!

Good old fashioned care and courtesy!
What an impact the sales department made in the way they handled my enquiry, subsequent order and follow up order. Efficient, kind and courteous. What a pity more companies do not employ front of house personnel in the way Ca’Pietra do. Congratulations to the team!
