Ca' Pietra Opiniones

My samples arrived promptly and very well packaged. The tiles are excellent quality.

Took quite a while to receive samples - more than one week, and I never got a dispatch notification. Was about to email to ask when they arrived at last

Beautiful tiles timely delivered and well wrapped.

Great service. Fast turn around. Products arrived in excellent condition. Delivery driver went above and beyond to position the pallets as close to our working area as practically possible.

The tiles are nice, but “delivery” is appalling.
Paying £75 on top of expensive tiles should mean they at least attempt delivery! They look at google maps and don’t actually try, we have had lots of large lorries delivering and I also said they could leave at the end of the drive if worried, but it was refused so a 2 hour round trip to collect and no offer of compensation for a delivery charge that never happened, plus patronising responses from their customer service would mean I would not recommend Ca Pietra. I wish I had just ordered from a well known bathroom website as they have delivered on a large lorry without issue and much more reasonable delivery charges.

Really pleased with the samples that arrived. Gorgeous matt tiles, perfect for my project

A great range of vintage and speciality tiles. Samples really live up to expectations

The fern tiles look great in our bathroom. Really happy with the service and end result.

The tiles were lovely and all arrived safely.

Beautiful tiles, securely packaged and quickly delivered.

Great service and an amazing product. Really pleased.

Purchased some sample tiles from Ca'Pietra so that I could judge the colour & size at home. Tiles are beautiful, but I'm really glad that I got samples as the one that showed as a turquoise blue on the website is actually almost a dark green in real life. Lily Pad Peacock is almost the same colour as the Lily Pad Eucalyptus. This is not the colour that I was looking for, so will probably look at the more navy tile instead. Service from the company has been great, and they were happy to send out a sample tile that had been missed off the original order as soon as I notified them.

Arrived promptly and good quality, lovely tiles

Samples never arrived, ordered

Well I've had the wrong tiles sent 3 times in a row. Can't get much worse than that. It's only not 1 star because the customer service is polite and responsive.

Two samples of great tiles which I will be ordering.

Samples of tiles arrived with speed

The website is awful. It’s very glitchy and has too many bugs that make browsing, choosing and buying tiles from Ca’Pietra a miserable and frustrating experience.

Easy to order samples and received the beautiful tiles very promptly

We had a great experience with Alison Conti. She helped us from the moment we stepped into the shop, up until we ordered our tiles. She was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process and provided great advice multiple times.
Great experience overall and with no doubt, we will go back to them for future orders.
