I needed a replacement tap lever. I had the taps for a few years but I contacted Caple and they dealt with the issue and had a replacement sent out within a week free of charge. I can’t praise their customer and service team enough.

When I emailed I had a response almost immediately. Emily Walsh sorted my problems straight away and it's a long time since I have seen such courtesy and efficiency in correspondence! Nowadays this kind of response and approach is unheard of!

Had a slight issue with a Caple single leaver tap which was supplied and fitted by a third party during a full kitchen refurbishment. After providing receipts I was promptly sent a replacement spout which unfortunately didn't solve the issue.
After getting back in touch with Caple customer service rep Gill she promptly sent out a new full replacement like for like tap, couldn't ask for a better after sales support.

I had a customer who had ruined her waste kit due to using washing powder in it.
I was given the correct code and price to advise the customer of how much it would cost to replace.
Olivia Wright sorted out the delivery for me and was able to get it delivered within a couple of days which is much appreciated.

A great brand making products and able to answer questions about them when needed. Quality is amazing, both the sink and the taps/wastes look beautiful. Customer service was brilliant and Hannah really went the extra mile to ensure our purchases were compatible with each other. Really great experience all around.
