Paul was fantastic. What was already a challenging day, Paul was open, friendly, honest and put us at ease through the entire experience. The communication throughout the process was clear, concise, considerate and transparent. The overall experience was low pressure and we had ample time to test drive the car and check the engine, interior and paperwork which accompanied the purchase. Highly recommend Paul and Car_Pod. I was a first time car buyer I was very worried, I literally know nothing about cars. I bought a Nissan Qashqai from Car-pod. To be honest I don't know where to start. Paul has been very patient and helpful even now 3 months down the line he still responds to my questions about the car .I can't thank him enough. I am really pleased with my little car purchased from Paul start of September, it is very nice to drive, great value. I could not believe how spotless the body work and car is, for a 2017/18. I found Paul very professional in his whole business. Like all the other reviews, recommend for a personal easy car buying experience.

Paul is a gentleman and was a pleasure meeting him. Paul was very attentive and sincere and went over and above to help , I would recommend him highly with the service he provided. It is very rare to come across a dealership that's not just " grab your money" and Paul and his son showed their professionalism to the highest degree.

What a great buying experience as virtually every other review says. Paul is very professional but chilled, no preasure at any point, I believe he truly wants his customers to be sure they are happy with their decision.

We were offered a test drive and a suggested route but told "do what you want go where you want".
It didn't take us long to make up out minds, that the car was for us.
The car was clean but not overly prepared, had a new mot and he'd had it serviced by a local garage. Paul is a car dealer only.
I had been given a price on the phone that he'd be prepared to pay for our trade in and was true to his word, no haggling.
He delt with the paperwork efficiently making all the necessary transfers, he even popped down to his local post office to change the taxation class ( to disabled) for us.
I would recommend Car-pod.com and Paul to anyone and everyone. if I want to change my car in the future Paul will be my first and hopefully only port of call. Richard

I have just bought a Transit Custom van from Car-pod. The photos and writeup on the website where a true representation of the vehicle. The price was fair and Paul was very willing to help answer any questions.
He even collected me from the train station.
And the hand over was done very smoothly.
I definitely recommend this company.

Great company to deal with. My son was looking for a car and found it with Car Pod. I spoke with Paul who was fantastic to deal with, answering all queries, sending a walk round video and then giving us a great deal, a great car and also arranged delivery to Scotland.
