I would definitely recommend this company. They replied to an enquiry immediately and then shipped my order fast. I will use again. Im very happy with my ring it looks amazing.
I ordered a necklace for my daughter‘s birthday but only had a few days to spare so I emailed customer services and they were excellent. They sent it first class and it arrived the next day.

I have had the most horrendous experience with Carat and their customer services. I paid for an item that was never delivered to me and despite my trying to get help to find the item or to be refunded they have been elusive and totally unhelpful. There are so many jewellery providers out there. Think twice before you purchase here. A very unhappy ex-customer
Farrah Cocktail Ring
I wanted to order a Farrah cocktail ring from Carat but they did’nt have my size. I sent a message to Carat Customer Services and they replied to say if I ordered the ring and let them have the order number they would have it re-sized (for free) before dispatch.
That’s what I did and it arrived really quickly. The ring is beautiful and fits perfectly. Excellent service!!

Beautiful but fragile
I get married in May next year and I’ve had my eye on a necklace from Carat London for months, with the intent of buying the matching earrings and bracelet.
For the time being I purchased the bracelet and earrings and they came within 2 working days and are absolutely stunning!! Hence the 2 stars.
I opened up the earrings and attempted to take the back off to inspect them, this is when the earring completely snapped off… gutted.
I thought about keeping the bracelet and getting a new pair of earrings. It wasn’t until I remembered, I previously looked on Vinted for second hand and there were 2 of the same bracelets I had ordered. Both of these bracelets were broken after one wear, and after looking at reviews on Trustpilot someone else had purchased the same bracelet and it had snapped.
They are extremely expensive items for something so delicate and easily breakable. It is such a shame because, as I said they are beautiful.
Please don’t waste your money, it seems they aren’t very good with returns either so wish me luck.

Repairs
I have a beautiful pair of studs that I wear everyday from Carat. Unfortunately the stud came lose. I contacted Carat, they sent me a pre paid shipping label, fixed the pair and sent them back to Ireland in less than a week. A massive thank you to Roxy for all the hard work. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommend

I’m not one to write reviews but this is well deserved. First of all the customer service is old school “we care about our clients” and will go out of our way to help. This is rare in today’s world, where it’s either fake smiles or no help. I got my sister earrings for her wedding, but the timeline was sensitive, and then there was a last minute change of address. Leanne, from the customer service team helped me graciously through all of it. We got the earrings, ON TIME. And…. Gorgeous. They looked exactly like in the picture, and my sister looked beautiful on her day. Thank you so much!!!!!

Beautiful Earrings
Delivery was seamless. I requested a quick despatch in order to receive in time for a special gift. The delivery arrived earlier than expected. The recipient loved the earrings, I would highly recommend. I will definitely look to order from Carat again, excellent service & beautiful jewellery.
So disappointed
So disappointed. I ordered four rings in time for Eid celebrations. These were family members including my mum. Only three arrived although the wrong sizes were sent to me and I am still waiting for my mother's one to arrive. I have contacted a Leanne at customer services several times. No clear disisive solution has been put forward. Emails are addressed 48 hours after you send them which adds to the frustration. I have been told to send photos of the rings and continuessly asked what sizes I would like. I have replied many times . Today I was sent an email asking me send all the rings back to Carat so they could study the rings. This seems so bizzare. But why would I send the rings after I already paid for them by post. There is no guarantee or assurance that I would get them back. And why would they need to study the rings. I'm wondering whether some sort of scam is at work here. In which case someone who actually works for Carat needs to get in touch with me. Or do I just go to a flagship store and discuss the issues raised above directly with a staff member. This has not been suggested. They reiterating that they want ring sizes, which I have provided . But there is no clear solution offered.

I purchased this item in January 2025. It took approximately three weeks also to arrive. I wore it once for a couple of hours. When I took it off, one of the jewels had fallen out. I arranged with the company to return it. They sent me a returns bag and told me it was prepaid. When I took it to the post office, it cost me £9 to return. I returned the item and had to wait another almost 3-4 weeks for its replacement to be dispatched. In total, having ordered at the beginning of January, I finally received my second item in April. They did refund me my postage charges but customer services are quite slow to respond, – yes they did sort it out but I had to chase on occasions and it’s irritating having to wait three months for an item to be dispatched, having already paid for it!
