BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE this company, I purchased some window blinds at a cost of over $870. Once I received the blinds I found they do not fit and wanted to exchange them for another brand, still in the packaging so I sent them an email and was informed that there is a 20% restocking fee! $175 for them to put them back on the shelf! On top of the cost of freight (which is understandable) I gave them a call and was just told "That's our policy" I will never purchase from this company ever again and will be telling everyone I can how poor their customer service is. I would have been happy with a store credit or even a nominal restocking fee and would have purchased the other brand which was more expensive. Instead they lose out on further business and I wont return the original purchase. I would rather throw them to the tip than give them the satisfaction of ripping me off further. Please make sure, if you are silly enough to purchase something from them that it is perfect for what you want. Beware Beware Beware

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a drawer fridge which was on sale, weeks later received an email stating the product is out of stock. No offer of a comparable product or even a few bucks off a different fridge. Terrible experience and customer service. Not what I expect from an online retailer.

Very disappointed with the interactions with this site.
Be very careful when you order, as they are stringent on a 20% restock fee, plus postage.
I found that their site caused a wrong product to be ordered as they offered alternative 'bundled' products. I was surprised at delivery when I had a different Inverter.
They want $230 to restock - that's gouging.
Their prices are competitive but be very careful on their customer service.
I have had a number of emails and a phone call they show NO fixability.
