On receiving contact from a representative from card saver , regarding an issue with our terminal . The problem was resolved quickly and a replacement sent by courier the following day.

The customer team gave us excellent service and made numerous follow up calls to ensure all that was promised was delivered.

We needed help with the new PAX terminal installation, Paul from customer services made it easy to set up and use. It’s fine at the present.

AVOID
Sold a contract with Trust Payments which was not suitable for my small business. After signing, minimum charges were applied which made them more expensive than my current provider. Worse of all was a £500 Mastercard fee. I was assured and have in writing that it was a one off payment which turned out to be a annual payment. I also get a PCI compliance charge but no info on how to comply.
Please please avoid.
