I think my assessor (Dannyal) made the experience positive. He was very thorough, but carefully explained everything he was looking for and everything that he found. I think he was extremely fair. Just a tiny bit disappointed that I didn't get as much as I hoped for, but I was still offered more than I'd been offered elsewhere.

Great service, really friendly and advised the whole way through the process.. very clear and helped provide the best price for the car we were selling.
