Emanuel came to inspect my car today and the thing that stood out for me was that he was an extremely nice guy. He very carefully checked absolutely everything on the car with me noting any possible issues. Emanuel then contacted the buyer of the car to agree a revision of the price to take into account the issues he had spotted and a price revision was agreed.

REVIEWS ARE A LIE THEY FORCE YOU AND EVERYONE AROUND YOU TO GIVE THEM 5 STARS REGARDLESS

Find the most minor scratches and dents due to normal wear and tear and they plug in a diagnostics to find the most random faults and knock off the price.

Didn’t show me any fault codes or anything but tried to pressure you into selling it as they said you would not be able to get any higher offer.

Attempted to knock nearly £3k off the price and it’s totally unjustified

Scam!

They tried to find the most minor faults and attempted to knock off over £3.5k. This is ridiculous as the price car planet offered was lower than the original quote already.

Didn’t show any fault codes or anything but made up loads of errors and faults with the engine and everything.

They claim they’re independent but they’re not. These people are just trying to scam you

Don’t trust the review they refuse to give you the paper work unless you give them 5 stars on all devices and accounts you have

Sold my car through Motorway and was contacted by Muz to undertake a vehicle check on behalf of the dealer before agreeing a final price. On the day, he was very professional and thorough and explained the process well. In fact, he was so thorough that he found a number of issues that I hadn’t picked up! He was very fair about these issues and, while it cost me money, all of them were fair points and I appreciated how he explained them to me.
