Good product and service. Order arrived in excellent condition. There was one piece of the order missing but they are taking care of that.

shipping is slow even after paying the additional charge wish they could give more info so you could track order

Ordered 11/19, was told order would go to manufacturer the next day. Product didn't ship until after Thanksgiving, arriving 12/4. Needless to say, disappointed in timeliness after specifically inquiring - as well as having to make alternate showering arrangement in the interim. The product is good and works as represented.

Loved that I could get the chair thru the small bathroom door. I found there was really no way to lock the arm rests in place. If the person in the chair tries to move in the chair, they are likely to pull the arm rests off. The seat really does not lock in place, makes me nervous.
My husband is blind, can't walk without aids and has spinal stenosis. The seat of the chair is really not high enough as he is 6'3" and does not have enough strength to lever himself out of the chair so I add cushions and put them in a large water proof bag.
I will say that having something that goes thru the door is good.

Sent wrong parts for our application and got the run around trying to order the needed pieces.

The shower base we purchased was a zero entrance 4' x 5' base.
It was shipped right away, was easy to install, & looks great.

Customer service took care of a little problem almost before we hung up. Order arrived before time. GREAT PRODX.

Original purchase request was discontinued. Recommendations were made for alternative products by service reps. Product was selected and promptly shipped. Very happy!

I recently ordered a shower/commode chair.
Product was great, delivered promptly, well packaged and easy to assemble.

This is an expensive item granted, BUT it is exceptionally well designed. Someone or some team put dedicated time and careful thought and well laid plans into this package. Or maybe they're just genius class at what they do : ) Both? : ) : )

This is a good shower chair. The headrest does not work for my daughter and a phone call to get another part was not returned.

We ordered you product with the plum colored seat or backrest. We received gray. We were disappointed to receive the wrong color. Otherwise our experience was good.

Quality product from sales to installed unit.

The customer service representative who contacted me was rude, abrupt, and not helpful. When I called back to request he send me a receipt for an additional charge he had made to my credit card he explained in a very condescending and rude manner as to how to check my junk folder for missed emails. Additionally, I think that your shipping costs to Alaska are outrageous. I have placed many orders over the last few months for walkers, wheelchairs, and other assorted items and NEVER have I paid over 150 dollars per item.
If I had found a different option to purchase the product that I needed, I would have cancelled my order immediately. I do not plan on shopping with you in the future.

Great products and customer service. Do wish the orders would ship faster.
