Extended Warranty
I purchased an extended warranty, which was meant to start after the dealership's 6 month warranty. When I managed to get a hold of the warranty certificate after the dealership warranty had expired (car loans didn't send me a certificate - I had to email the warranty company), it had commenced before I'd even purchased the car! I sent 3 emails to no avail, rang customer service and finally got a call back. I was told that I have no warranty cover - even though I have a warranty certificate until Feb. Then I was told that I was being given 6 months warranty "completely free" to cover the 6 months I'd missed out on - it's not free as I've paid for it! I was told a week ago that I'd receive an email confirming the extra 6 months cover and I've not had anything. I emailed a week ago to chase this up and no reply - I was told that it's with a new warranty company so I don't even know who my warranty is so I wouldn't be able to claim on it.
I've emailed a complaint to the company today but I don't hold out much hope for a reply as communication is awful. I thought I'd give Trustpilot a go as they seem to communicate more on here the by email.
It's a shame that the warranty side of things has let the company down, as the process of taking out finance and having the car delivered was really easy.

Worst finance company I’ve had the…
Worst finance company I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with, thankfully I won’t ever again. I’m a small car dealership, first time I dealt with them they never paid out my money until 10 days after the customer took the car away, and I took my several phone calls and emails asking them to please pay me. Both myself and the customer obviously very unhappy. Thought I’d give them another chance, which I regret. Someone applied for finance for a car, so I tried calling them several times, tried emailing several times and could not get a hold of them. After I eventually got a hold of them I told them the deal couldn’t go ahead as I didn’t want to work with them. So they then put a finance marker on the car so that I can’t sell it, and a week and a half later it’s still there and they will not take it off. Before using this ‘company’ I’d recommend skipping the 5 star ‘reviews’ and go check out the 1 star reviews. There are plenty of them to look at and you’ll get a REAL idea of what this company is all about. There are many finances company’s people can go to and you’ll have no problems at all. Avoid these people at all costs. Just some advice.

Car loan 365 is amazing Jazz did an…
Car loan 365 is amazing Jazz did an excellent job and they followed up well. I will work with them again. However vehicle warranty for 2-3 years which was sold to me was absolutely fraud. Just to get claim of £1k they took 1 week and car has been in the garage for 2 weeks thus ruining our holidays. It’s just waste of time use a different company for warranty.

When every door is closed for you, then God sends someone to open the right door for you, only if you believe. Same happened to me, I was in need to get a car but my finance was being rejected every time, then God showed me the ad for Carloan365, filled form, and I got call back in 5 minutes from Georgia, then I spoke with Jazz, and believe me, within 1 hour, everything approved and now I'm going to pick my car up. got told car would be ready day after approved now a week on and still no car and no updates when phoning company taking 45 mins to get through when eventually speak to someone they say they will call back with update and no update is done quick enough to take the deposit to take car off the market but dont care after this and dont care about anything
