Amazing service from CL365 despite dealing with a terrible dealer
The initial buying process was a bit shaky due to issues with the vehicle. The dealer refused to carry out any repairs despite written confirmation from the main dealer that the defects were dangerous.
I raised a complaint and dealt with Saimaa. She was amazing and listened to my side of the story, and attempted to resolve with the dealer. The dealer refused to carry out any repairs again but Saimaa asked me to get a quote from a local VAT registered garage and arranged for carloans365 to pay for the repairs.
My purchase experience was unfortunately ruined by the dealers (car city Luton) refusal to repair and lies, but Saimaa fixed the situation and ensured I was happy with the purchase following the repair and went above and beyond for me. I can’t recommend carloans365 enough.

Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. I completed my finance agreement on Saturday and was told I could collect the car the same day. However, when I contacted the dealer, I was informed the car won’t be available until next week.
Since then, I have been trying to contact them continuously — calls go unanswered, waiting times are up to 2 hours, and calls eventually drop. Emails and messages are also not being responded to.
I requested cancellation of my agreement on Saturday, but there has been no response regarding this. Instead, on Monday I received an email saying “thanks for financing your vehicle” which is very unprofessional given the situation.
Overall, very poor communication and third-class service. I would not recommend.

A great guy named OSCAR helped me find new finance and the right vehicle for me. He has a huge amount of patience and understanding as I was very indecisive but I now have a new vehicle im very happy with and a finance deal that suits me 10/10
