You cancelled my order - you said you don't deliver to the Isle of Wight!!!!

My address is Isle of Man - maybe you don't deliver there either but it would have been good to use the correct information.

I'm sure in this digital age it would be possible to indicate which postcodes are unavailable for delivery.

Exactly what I was looking for, elegant cream slingback with a block heel. So comfortable. Real leather. So soft. No wearing in! Looking forward to my next purchase .
Not forgetting the beautiful packaging. 'Pretty woman' moment when striding out with my new shoes purchase. Lovely . A real treat.

Comfort is first and definitely you know you are wearing shoes from Carl Scarpa when out for social occasions. Leathe is so soft. Thank you so much. One thing I would like to say is - as some ladies do suffer with bunions I personally do look for shoes without shoestring straps. Shoes / sandals look better on when that part of foot coverd. Delighted with shoes, perfect fit and really comfortable. Friends have admired them and asked where they were purchased.

Soft leather sandal. Very comfy and no need to break them in. They are a wide fit which is perfect for this hot weather. Size 4 true to size. A tad expensive even though I managed to get them in the sale. Worth every penny not to have shoes that rub. Will look out for more styles and definitely buy from this company again.

Bought a beautiful pair of sandals in soft ‘champagne gold’ leather. Unfortunately the ankle straps were ridiculously short and despite the fact that my ankles are pretty much average in size, I couldn’t get the straps done up. Called them and a very helpful person sent me an email immediately with free return details.
