I purchase a used vehicle from this mob and it had the wrong manual in the car...and still trying to locate it ....is that suss???

PEOPLE LIKE CARMA LIKE TO BUY THEIR REVIEWS.. WHO HAS DEALT WITH THESE SCAMMERS BEFORE! THEY PRETEND TO GIVE YOU A GOOD PRICE FOR YOUR CAR ONLY TO HAVE THEM NITPICK AT ANYTHING TO LOWER THE PRICE.

WHO HAS BEEN ASKED BY THEM WHEN WAS YOUR CAR MADE? like these people are vintage car dealers buying up Australian Vintage Cars?

i tried to sell my Audi Q5 after i got ripped of by those on Facebook Marketplace. ok no, so i fixed it brand new transmission gearbox ✅ Engine fix ✅ Oil change ✅ Diagnostic flush and burn ✅ brand new Audi Battery ✅ security monitor and camera ✅ two headset monitors ✅ all of these things i have done i kept every document for it. and showed and provide to them this is what i can provide.

only to get a low ball offer. people your trash is their gold don’t worry about the body. if the engine transmission gearbox seats dash whatever can sell in your car is your money so take whatever you can from them otherwise they will triple their money on the oversea market.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

My experience with Carma was very efficient and friendly. Each step of the process was well explained and we received a very fair price. Certainly a lot better than dealing with impolite and time wasting enquiries.

Originally very happy with the online process, was straight forward, looks and performs well and opportunities to add lots of information.
However, it all went wrong when they appeared to get the car details wrong and were asking me to confirm the incorrect information. Then wanted me to waste my time going to an inspection to confirm the model, despite no mention of my vehicle being the model on registration info, or anywhere else.
Then refused to give a price based on the correct information (which everyone else, over half a dozen others had gotten right at this point), worried about wasting their time providing another price incase I didn't agree to it.
Generally just poor service once they realised their own mess-up.

I wouldn't rate them at all! I received a seriously low-ball offer (despite the promise of no-lowballing) and ended up selling through carsales at almost 3x the amount Carma offered! That's an extra $20k in my pocket instead of theirs.

So disappointing because Carma had been recommended by a friend. Even when I questioned the offer and had some back and forth messages, I received 'marketing speak' about their offer being based on "live market data and current sales trends" etc. I asked what data they might be referring to because everything I was looking at was around the price I sold for. The response was more of the same (eg. "our offers are uniquely tailored") but it appears the offer is about maximising Carma's profit and not the person selling the car.

I do not recommend them at all.

Not sure what they are smoking offering 50% of the market value of a car. Clearly preying on those that are desperate. Not for majority of sellers. Avoid

Complete rip off company. Ridiculous offer for my car about half what it’s worth even on a bad day.

Absolutely disgraceful.

Not pleased with their ridiculous appraisal.
$250 for a car with 12months rego, 160,000km, full service history. Only issues are brake pads and air-conditioning compressor which is not a necessity. The car is easily worth $2000 on a bad day. I wouldn't recommend Carma.

Picture this: Your favourite musical artist announces a concert in your town. Tickets sell out in minutes and you miss out. Very quickly, people start listing tickets for sale online at a huge mark-up. These people are called ticket scalpers, and there is call among the community for the government to impose stricter regulations on the on-selling of concert tickets at unethically inflated prices.

Carma do the same thing with cars.

A local dealer (Newcastle, NSW) quoted me around $43k for a new vehicle. This vehicle would have to be ordered from the factory and might take upwards of 12 months to arrive. Carma have the same brand new vehicle in stock, but are asking around $48k+. Is asking $5k+ higher than the MSRP legal? Definitely not very ethical - don't you earn enough through the included mark-up on the MSRP?

I am so incredibly pleased with the service Carma has provided. I could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish; navigating the website and picking my car was simple thanks to the great UX, customer service when finalising the purchase was thorough and easy, and delivery was smooth and convenient. Each step of the process was seamless, and now I have an awesome car! I'm aware it sounds like I'm overexaggerating but honestly, I could not be happier and would recommend Carma to anyone looking to purchase a car!

Best experience I ever had buying a car. So easy and convenient. I got exactly what I wanted without any hassle. Test drive was easy arranged and every step on the way to get the car was done very professionally by Peter and the Carma team. It is a much better option than going to a usual used car dealership. I highly recommend Carma. Very professional & great customer Service!
