Dealing with Carolettings made my life easier as a property owner. They're very professional and expert in doing their job. Laura was always there to answer all my questions and guide me through all steps and procedures. I love their very quick responses where they don't let you wait for so long. I'm done with my second year and still never think of changing.
In my opinion they are the best to manage my property in Liverpool as I live abroad.

Super fast and helpful with questions

I fully recommend this accommodation for any students living in Liverpool during their degree, the place has more to offer than any other student accommodation I viewed, such as a TV in your room, more freezers and hobs, a lot more space in your kitchen and living room area, and a car park, while still being cheaper than any of them and easier to afford. The staff are all so friendly and are always happy to help with anything you might need, they are also constantly planning little events and giveaways based around certain holidays and celebrations, such as during St Patrick's day where they gave away free alcohol to help students celebrate, even now that I am finishing uni I will be moving into a building that is also run by these guys because of how helpful they've been and how impressed I am by their services, the building is also surrounded by everything a student could possibly need or want while living their best life during their degree. Why stay at caro? The better question is why wouldn't you stay at Caro?

Everything done smoothly and easily. If I want to mention a negative point to develop and be perfectly satisfied with this agent, that would be a quicker response to emails. It often took us days yo get an answer from the agents.

I have been living in the building ran by CARO lettings for around 14 months without issue. Last week, my washing machine door seal broke. I raised the issue and within a day, Hussein telephoned me to arrange to fix the issue. He was very friendly and kept me informed when he would be visiting. I really appreciate the quick fix and offered to help anytime another issue arose, a credit to the team.

Seamless process for tenanting my property with clear communication throughout.

Laura and Sophie from CARO have made everything straightforward from start to finish. I had an issue getting in touch with the office to collect my keys and Laura responded to help on a Saturday which was above and beyond my expectations.

They were really helpful, responded to emails and hopefully they will stay that way during my tenancy, everything was smooth and pleasing.

We have a unit in Poet Place (Unit 208) bought through RW Invest. We are impressed with the lack of communication as they don't answer the phone and neither the emails! I just want to talk with somebody and ask a couple of questions. How hard can it be? At the end of the day we are paying management fees and we expect a least answer the phone.

Actually I would not even give them 1 star. I feel scammed into buying a unit via RW Investors. They have just took my money, I have only had around 2 years of rent if that, then covid hit fair enough, but now the unit is not let and they want me to pay over £900 in service charge and ground rent. I have not had any money at all last year. Their communication is terrible and I really do feel scammed. Any other owners for City Point in Liverpool that feel the same??

I am an owner at Poets Place. Unit 408 to be exact. I am surprised at the number of positive reviews for Laura, as I have never received a reply from her. I can't imagine what it is like to be a tenant, because as an owner, who would like to let my unit, my experience with Caro has been a nightmare. If there are any investors out there with a positive experience please call me to direct me to the right person.

The whole experience letting with CARO was amazing. The renting process was clear and straightforward. Mike was friendly on the viewing day, explained everything, and followed up with us until the process was completed. The apartment and the whole building are in good condition and well-maintained. Laura is approachable easily and helps with any issues or requests. At the end of the tenancy, they refunded us the whole deposit.
The place is highly recommended, near to the city centre and has a lot of shops and markets nearby.

I have enjoyed positive collaboration with Laura, who is the manager at Caro. In case I needed anything, she was a phone call/ email away. Transparency is key, and I'm glad it's apparent at at Caro.

Since moving in, Laura has been amazing help. The flat is up to a perfect standard too! I couldn’t recommend more
