I have stayed in caro for about 9 months. My experience was great. They have amazing staff like John . People like them made my stay in caro like home away from home . Very supportive person .

Good experience overall, the apartments are good and had all I needed. Prices are convenient with respect to other similar solutions.
The major downside was the long time to get responses by email.

It’s a lovely accommodation and provided with quality appliances. Very supportive and responsive staffs. A big thanks to Laura (Lettings Manager)for making this process simple and smooth. As a first time renter, I never faced such difficulties same as my friends had. It was facile. I recommend Caro Lettings for ease renting.

As a first time renter I would recommend Caro Lettings all day and everyday.

We are Ukrainians and wanted to rent a house from Caro Lettings. They greeted us so nicely, showed us the apartment, took a 160 pounds deposit and promised that everything would be fine. But then they refused, saying that we did not pass the test. The deposit was never returned to us. This office is a scam. They just take the deposit and don't return it for various reasons. they are blatantly cheating! I strongly advise against doing business with these scammers.

My experience living with Caro(city point) was great! Had a great time whilst living there! my shower and toilet needed fixing but as soon as I reported it they sort it out for me so quickly, they definitely do value their tenants! And again it’s a good value for money on a plus side you get en-suite for just £99! Now tell me that’s not a bargain

Good quality for what you pay and not too far away from everything. Any issues are always resolved quickly.

This is a great central location, just a short walk away from LJMU campus and city centre. Very reasonably priced and secure property. Lived here for 2 years and had no issues.
