Premier Carpet & Flooring Online Opiniones

From picking up the phone and quickly getting a reply from a real and friendly person (thanks Tom) the whole thing was easy. Two boxes of amtico signature delivered speedily and safely! Was uncertain about buying online but the price was great and the service brilliant. Tom kept us informed throughout.
UPDATE: our fitter came to lay the tiles and indeed they look great. He was, however, surprised to note that the packaging was very flimsy compared to the usual Artico packaging he deals with. The tiles (Aspen oak) are great but don't (quite) look as evenly coloured as those laid in a previous room. Probably not the case but it has made me wonder if at this price they might be 'B' stock? This is speculation however and I'm still very happy with the service received and the tiles. Despite the packaging none had been damaged in transit.

Great service. Very responsive to queries and product supplied in short timescales.

Great service - great floor

Great service from start to finish. Tom handled my order perfectly and let me know the expected delivery times for a special order item. Delivery was exact to the estimated day. Good customer service is sometimes hard to find these days, but these guys didn't disappoint. I highly recommend carpetandflooringonline.com. Thanks guys.

Excellent service, highly recommend.

I've always been sceptical about ordering online from companies I have never used before, but this one turn out to be one I would recommend. The product I order was what I got, the price could not be match. The customer service was excellent, alway answered the phone and delivery was on time. Even had three separate calls to say that my delivery had arrived.

Outstanding customer service from Tom.
AMAZING price for our Amtico flooring. No other retailer came close to matching it.
Next time I need new flooring would not consider going anywhere else.
Thank you from one extremely happy customer

Whenever I phone Tom, or whoever answers is always friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the products and always do the best to get my delivery when I need it as a sole trader. This is very helpful. I buy different flooring materials from several suppliers and I Find your company, one of the best

Excellent service - very helpful without being pushy, easy to deal with and well priced products.

Floor came in good time and Tom even helped me find an independent fitter near me.

Tom was more than helpful throughout our purchase.
Having found the flooring that we really liked, the company held the order until our new kitchen was at the point where the new flooring could be laid.
First class service all round, including the delivery guy.
