Carpetpro were very professional and thorough with end of tenancy carpet cleaning . The gentleman that cleaned carpets was so kind and explained every step of the process.. would highly recommend them ☺️

I would really recommend Carpet Pro. I booked online, no hassle, great ongoing communication, on time service. Timing of service explained and maintained. Was surprised I paid a bit less then initially quoted. Very friendly and professional staff. My carpet looks like new and my neighbours praised the fragrance that is so fresh and not overwhelming. Got paper invoice for my reference, very transparent company. Will definitely use again!

My beige (never again!) carpet was stained with rust where an old reclining sofa used to be. Vacuuming wouldn’t shift it.

We had our rental property carpets cleaned and they came up well, very pleased with the service and now going to book for my own place to be done!

Appointment arranged easily and Hugo arrived on time and ready for action .
He did a very thorough job with the 2 carpets , explained how to do any after care and was very efficient .
My carpets look much better than they did and I’m very happy with the results .
The price was also reasonable which encourages me to re book with them in the future - we have used them several times and would recommend strongly.

Very smooth service from start to finish. Hugo kept me informed throughout the process from time of arrival till the job was done. Great value for money, carpets came up looking clean and fresh saving me hundreds of pounds in replacing them. Will be using the service again at some point in the year to keep my carpets looking their best.

My request for prices and booking a date in was swift and clear.
Hugo attended to clean landing & stairs after numerous attempted clean-ups by me using a small machine we have at home, due to having an old, often unwell dog.
I also work from home and had to teach in a room off the landing whilst the clean was being done . The noise was bearable, very short-lived and fast.
I have yet to review its full success as the carpet is still drying ( not quite 24hr’s yet), but it looks good so far & smells SO clean too!
Having rented a Rug Dr many times before to save cost, the result of this appears far better and meant no lugging machines around myself.
I will definitely use Carpet Pro again for efficiency and timing - thanks Hugo.

We just moved into our new home and previously the property had been rented so the carpets were very dirty. Carpet Pro done an excellent job and now the carpets look so much better. Arrived on time and carried out the job in a very professional way. Would definitely recommend them.

Really friendly, efficient service. Our sofas rug and carpet look like new! Great all round and would definitely use again (which with pets and kids is likely!)

Sofa and armchair cleaned by Shaun. We had dye transfer on a beige fabric sofa from a pair of dark jeans and this has been entirely removed and everything looks much cleaner. Shaun spent over three hours on the job and was very thorough and tidy. It took a little longer to dry than advised though, 2-3 days, which proved a little inconvenient over the weekend, but as well as ventilating we put a dehumidifier in the room and that helped. I would recommend the company and would use them again, but would time it maybe for a warmer time of year.

Extremely impressed. My (25 years old) heavily stained carpet is perfectly clean, even managing to lift nail varnish and heavy traffic dirt that previous cleaners could not remove.

But what is most astounding was the price quoted was what I was charged. I could not believe the service and quality of the clean for that budget.

I’m super happy with this service as I contacted lots of carpet cleaning companies and they ‘seem’ to make up a price. I loved that I received a pop up that gave me an instant quote that was far cheaper than any others. Great communication of dates and timing. Cleaning was thorough and swift. Bish, bash, Bosh a job really well done!
