Har läst recensionerna. Det är mycket i värde att slippa krångla och jävlas med en beställning. Att de dessutom börjar argumentera med vissa kunder är förkastligt. Även om de har rätt så vinner de på att vara artiga och hjälpsamma. Jag avbröt min order och lägger en beställning hos ett företag som tar en hundring mer men inte har dessa bedrövliga recensioner.

Absolutely fine, don’t worry!
I was sooo worried this was a fake company as they clearly were not in U.K. However when I contacted them via their website I got an instant response, I said I wanted to speak with them on the phone, I called and got straight through and the stock was checked. I placed the order online on the Monday and it arrived by FEDEX on the Thursday. Quicker coming from Poland than most of my GB orders. Service was excellent, product was excellent, and constant updates from FEDEX. I would use again, no problem. I don’t know why they try to look like a UK company as that creates suspicion where there needn’t be any. No duty charges, just a FEDEX delivery charge, which was very reasonable.
I’m a happy customer.

Just to keep the timing crystal clear: we received your message on Sunday at 7:45 PM and replied on Monday at 7:12 AM - that’s 11 hours and 27 minutes, including a Sunday evening, a full night, and the very early Monday morning.
In those 11 hours and 27 minutes, one could manage a good night’s sleep (and maybe a dream or two), recharge, and still wake up to find our reply already waiting in their inbox — even before the first coffee. We may not be faster than the speed of light, but we do our best to be faster than most Monday mornings.
We always do our best to respond as quickly as possible, even outside standard business hours - and... we’ll keep improving!

Delivery was fine
I think FedEx have pulled their socks up or I was just lucky, as my delivery of bowls was fine. I ordered on a Sunday and received my parcel on the Thursday. Very well packed, no breakages.

Delivery times vary by product and are always listed on the product page (no hidden surprises there). We ship as fast as humanly possible, because we know that waiting for beautiful things can feel veeery long.
Once the package leaves us, the courier takes over. Sadly, we don’t have a teleportation button… though we do chase, call, and send a bit of magic their way.
Our customer service team is always here via email, chat, and phone - and we’ll be happy to help if you’d like to reach out again.
