Had a pre booked appointment at 2pm with Jack at Wakefield. 230pm came with no contact. I went to the sales desk at ask if there was a problem with my appointment. She went to ask and Jack came back to say a member of staff was off sick and he had been behind since 10am. He said I needed to come back another day. I had travelled 40 minutes to this appointment. Why couldn't someone ring me earlier in the day to let me know ?

I waited 60 minutes to be seen.

The one star is for the girl on reception who offered me a drink after I had been sat there for 50 minutes and for Gabriel who dealt with me professionally.

I won't name names but there was a member of staff on the sales desk who was dealing with a customer on a call then preceeded to slag the same customer off when he finished the call.

I also saw more members of staff walk by me with tea or coffee doing nothing. I counted 10 members of staff.

3 couples came in to look around while I was sat there and no one went to them so they left

Not the way to sell cars.

How disapppointing !

Rate this company CARS2GO I would give a zero rating why because we were there today and our reservation was not honored another option was offered much more expensive with a deposit of 200€ just to say that you can rent a new Chrysler M300 new model 2023 car in Toronto for 14 Canadian dollars per day without a deposit, even though the company's website says no deposit, today the employee asked for a €200 deposit as if he were renting a rocket, our rating for this company near the Corfu airport is zero, they do not deserve a single star, such companies should disappear from the market the option offered as a replacement was €249 plus a deposit of €200 because we were offered a Seat Ibiza as a replacement even though we lose one day in rent, clean zero for the rating the reservation is confirmed and sent to the email, but when you get there, other conditions apply and everything is arranged, please wait for 2 minutes so that I can separate you from the price now is new price and new deposit. This place is rent a car carwiz or similar names for your scam don't fall for it near the airport in the capital Corfu Open your eyes today I was there in person and I couldn't believe that if it says no deposit on the website, people looked in my direction with regret. I showed my reservation and was ready to pay according to it, but other rules apply there, shame once again read you a pure zero.
it's one lot with several companies as far as I could see, but the leading company is, the other satellites of that company are cars2go and other name of the satellite on that place

Har lejet mange biler igennem tiden, men fremover vil jeg kun bruge cars2go. Det er nemt og billigt, altid god service. Kan varmt anbefales! Ingen klager herfra 👍

Jeg skulle bruge en bil dagen efter kl 07.
Ville booke på hjemmesiden, men det var ikke muligt(bookning fra kl 09-19) Så jeg ringede og forhørte mig om muligheden.
Talte med Mark, som ville klargøre en bil til kl 22, aftenen før.
Det er sku da service👍🏻
