I am very impressed with CarTakeBack. Getting a quote took seconds, and the collection was arranged promptly. The driver arrived exactly when they said they would, handled all the paperwork professionally, and the payment was processed smoothly. Top-tier service!

Used CarTakeBack site to sell a van. Price offered via CarTakeBack site (and later confirmed on email) was not honoured when sale happened.
CarTakeBack offered help with contacting buyer but not with pricing

Very efficient operation. Car collected and payment issued promptly. Car brought to proper authorised disposal facility listed on register on Road Safety Authority website.

A very simple process and well communicated throughout. The driver collected the car as arranged and I received prompt payment and the certificate of destruction via post a few days later. I was very impressed with car take back and staff and would recommend them.

I have found caretakeback extremely good , from the first phone call everything followed like clockwork, very professional, very helpful as I had no logbook and they finalised everything so quick . Well worth dealing with.

Excellent service, I made the call and was given the scrap value, dropped the car off and received cash straight away. I received the certificate of destruction a week later and was able to reclaim my road tax.
