I'm not usually one to leave reviews but this was genuinely a good experience from start to finish, so thought I'd mention it.

product came quick. looks good. happy with it.

honestly was a bit skeptical ordering online but everything went fine and its exactly what i wanted so yeah pretty happy.

The ordering process was very straightforward and my item showed up . So they are very trustworthy.

Total scam, to send items back would cost more than the purchase.
I've now seen on here that people are having money taken from them.
Please do not buy from them.
Items not fit for purpose.
Just Chinese shit as usual I tried to stop it when I realised they kept telling me to click a link but had already gone through. How can people be like this

This has been a nightmare, I was only browsing a bracelet I put it in my cart but when i realized the price was not the price it was advertising at and there were going to be shipping fees which also said were free i canceled out but somehow the site took the order and applied it 2 times in a row to my paypal account. I did not even click confirm order nothing. a few weeks later I received a email from tis company stating my order was on it's way. getting a lot of spam email i ignored it never heard of this company "cartclick" then I received my bill & the 2 charges to cartclick. I contacted them immediately and my bank since you have to email them and thir response time is not prompt this has been going on since November 6th. I have filed a dispute I tried returning the bracelets even though they came to me from GA hey said I have to return them to the UK which is $175.00 more than the cost of the bracelets. Cartclick advertises "free shipping anywhere worldwide" FALSE STATEMENT! returns are a nightmare, this company is a scam, so far they have me in over $180.00. not to mention the stress phone calls to my credit card company, having to cancel my credit card because they keep charging to my account & they do not help the customer at all. They admitted that the double order must have been a computer glitch but did they take responsibility for it? NO!! they offered nothing other than me sending both bracelets back to UK for $175.00 more out or my pocket. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY. this is December 26,2025 & I am still trying to resolve this nightmare.

Had to go to paypal as return link did not work, item was advertised as a magnetic healing bracelet, it wasnt even metal let alone magnetic, SCAMMERS

Really pleased with purchase! The website was easy to navigate and everything arrived in good condition. Packaging was nice too!

They sold me a product that is a total scam, then took $30 a month out of my bank account, saying I signed up for some monthly service. I certainly did not! Now I am having a hell of a time getting my money back. Avoid them!!!

They’re a scam! They charge recurring fees and provide no service and I’ve had to cancel my Amex card to stop being charged. Don’t engage with them

Got the bracelet but the so call charger wasn’t in the package. It’s the stop smoking bracelet will see if it works or not.. still need charger as that’s what I paid for with the bracelet. Not happy as everyone has told me it’s a scam.

I wasn't too sure about the membership at first but but after using it for a bit, I’ve actually saved some money with the hotel discounts and free shipping. Better than I expected.

My box came a bit squashed and the product was scratched, so I messaged them and they replaced it without any fuss. Didn’t have to argue or fill out forms. Just sorted straight away.

THEY DECIDED TO THROW IN AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF 29.95 FOR SOME HOTEL RESTARAUNT DISCOUNT THING. I did not approve of this. The ani alcohol bracelet said 30 day money back guarantee but once u receive it if you read the return policy it is IF you never open the item you may return it. Oh here's the big one. I asked to return because I was so upset at the up charging me $29.95 without permission. YOU MUST RETURN BRACELET TO LONDON ON YOUR DIME!

My package still hasn't arrived yet (it’s in transit), but I’ve spoken to support twice and both times they were friendly and quick to help. Makes me feel more confident about the order.

First order from them so I didn't know what to expect, but everything arrived on time and exactly like the photos. No issues at all.
