This company is unethical, period. They do not meet their commitment to the products they sell. In particular the "love my product" bullshit. The ads are deceptive and the products are not as advertised. and the hidden monthly fee is simply theft IMO. Also, I have been awaiting a refund for over 2 months after contacting them and being promised a membership refund by their support team.

They are stealing money and they lie about the instructions to cancel a membership I never requested. STAY AWAY!!!!

After purchasing a product via Facebook from "Cartclick Co" I started receiving a US$29.95 charge which I DID NOT AUTHORISE!
It appears to be a monthly MEMBERSHIP CHARGE which I DEFINITELY DID NOT AUTHORISE.
Take my advice and do not purchase ANTHING from Cartclick as unauthorised charges may follow.

Gekauft habe ich 3 Magnet Armbänder um 19,90€. Bekommen habe ich 3 Magnet Armbänder um 110,00€,
abgerechnet über PayPal. Weiters wurden mir monatlich 39,95€ für Trustrewards, was immer das ist, verrechnet.
Nichts geliefert, nur in Rechnung gestellt. Das kündigen bei PayPal war auch nicht einfach ( habe gekündigt, Betrag wurde trotzdem überwiesen). Diese Fa. CartClick.LLC ist ein FAKE, Hände weg.

Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, But they replied quickly when I asked and it did arrive. No complaints overall.

Didn't think it would be this straightforward. Ordered, got tracking, arrived done.

Second time ordering here and it's been smooth both time.

Came through is good condition and feels decent quality for what I paid.

Für mich eine klare Betrugsseite. Verkaufen ein Magnetband dass man nicht kostenfrei retournieren kann. Buchen gleichzeitig zur Bestellung ein Abo für ?? dazu wo es bei der Stornierung ebenfalls Probleme gibt.

Honestly, it's just nice when a store does what it says. No delays, no back-and-forth.

I bought a bracelet from Cart Click at an online marketplace. It was magnetic and supposed to help curb addiction cravings. The bracelet was $52. I did notice when I checked out an item in my cart listed as "Trust Rewards" with a line item price of $0. There was no description or explanation of the item so I didn't think anything of it. Big mistake. This thing was like a Trojan Horse secretly bundled into my purchase and a total scam. I was billed the $52 through PayPal at the time of purchase for the bracelet. A little less than two weeks later, I was again billed by Cart Click for $29.95 through PayPal. I had other transactions going through my PayPal, so I didn't notice it. Cart Click billed me three times for $29.95, each charge was 30 days apart, before I caught it. I immediately called Cart Click and they told me the bracelet came with a subscription to "Trust Rewards" for $29.95 a month. This was something I most definitely didn't knowingly sign up for. It seems to be similar to Amazon, except it $29.95/month. I got fairly upset with the Cart Click representative. They apologized for the misunderstanding and assured me the subscription would be canceled and all three charges of $29.95 would be refunded. Two of the charges were moved back through PayPal, but the third was not. I called Cart Click again about a week later and they told me that all three charge refunds had been approved, but the third transaction would need to be manually pushed through by PayPal. I reached out to PayPal in the form of a dispute and claim. The claim was denied. PayPal supposedly has purchase protection. I recently filed a complaint with the BBB.

Bought this as a gift and it came presentable without me doing extra work. Nice touch.

The updates were clear and I didn't have to go hunting for tracking. That alone is worth mentioning.

I bought a bracelet from them and within 2 weeks I received another $30 charge and one since for the past 6 months! I've tried to get out of it, but nothing has changed! This is a terrible company, and I cannot believe it is legitimate to do this.

Erroneous charges taken from my account, monthly, with no way, it seems, to end the madness! What kind of business is this?!

Fast shipping, item looked right and happy enough.
