Very very poor costumer support
Very very poor costumer support, I have emailed them for 5 days straight and no one gets back to me I bought a polisher rupes mark V from them and the polisher had so many imperfections and wanted to send back but they never answer their emails

I got a starter kit and added the 3000…
I got a starter kit and added the 3000 with pad and cloth and used it on a few cars now with fantastic results I’d say personally it’s up there with the likes of farecla or a good second place

Great service
I have ordered from this company before active pressure wand was very happy with the service so I decided to buy active 2.0 pressure washer along with the active wall mount sales guys told me the wall mat was on backorder so I decided to wait until my order was complete before making delivery . They kept me informed and was very happy with the outcome delivered on time. Will order from these again

The products are outstanding o
The products are outstanding over the past few months we have been using all the compounds for polishing & paint correction on all sorts of vehicles and the results have been brilliant. As a detailer I highly recommend Cartec products especially the compounds.
