Customer service is excellent. Micheala is absolutely brilliant. Had an issue with YODEL not delivering, returning orders to Cartec and even damaging items. Micheala sorted out for APC and order was delivered next day. Still waiting for YODEL!! Well done Cartec AAA+++

Excellent service
ordered up a couple of car detailing parts and was advised that one item was out of stock at the manufacturers and was given the choice of a refund or wait, so as i was in no rush I waited and the item arrived earlier than had previously advised..
Exceelent customer service and will gladly be using again..
