Showed as stock, order and paid then refunded as you don't have the item - if you don't have then it don't advertise for sale!
Not a competitor to you at all, a B2B purchase. Also an honest review of the experience which is as you asked.
Seems strange that the item still shows as in stock on your site, but the price has almost tripled!

We gave you a courtesy call within 20 minutes of your purchase to forewarn you and offer a refund. We have over 16,000 products on our site most days so this can happen on the odd occassion. We note with interest you are a B2B competitor as you sell photocopiers and toner.
The item you wanted is not an everyday item so it can be in and out of stock. When you last replied it was back in. Then it was out of stock and now it is back in again, at a lower price than before. This is quite normal as our price we buy in at can change. If you need this item again we currently have 2 in stock.

Amazing service
Went into the shop shortly before closing (yesterday). They had to put in an order for a refill for my ancient laser printer. It arrived on my doorstep at 10.30am this morning. That's service. Great price too (and it works as I've used it!)
