Dan wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee, plus to to pay return postage.
Arrogant young man, thought he was right, turned out he was wrong. He refunded in full after several emails and telephone calls.

This was an unusual one as the product was very niche and had a description for 2 different machines when it fitted only 1. It initially looked like you ordered the wrong toner then later we saw the description was incorrect so rang you to say it was not your fault and offered a full refund. We understand how you felt on this occassion and glad we could get it rectified promptly.

Ian, you addressed your package to the wrong address. You put your company name at the address of a Hilton Hotel. The courier couldn't deliver as a result. We rang you 2 times and emailed you and the courier to fix the issue.
If there's a problem, they'll avoid speaking to you
I ordered some toners that they had marked at the wrong price. They called the next day and I said I wanted genuine toners and they said they would review the best price they could offer and get straight back to me. They then evaded my calls and eventually sent an email with their list price.
I'm sure their toners are fine but their customer service is awful

Not true but you demanded money from us. We told you promptly there was a mistake and would refund you. The product you wanted would cost over £450 which you spent £150. We all make mistakes and we did make you a generous offer but we couldnt offer a discount of £300.

My order went missing via Royal Mail and it took just one phone call to have replacement cartiridges delivered within 24 hours.
Cartridges are good quality and the customer service is excellent.
Highly recommend.
