I asked how long would these cartridges…
I asked how long would these cartridges last once opened, and got no replie.
So I bought them hoping they would last a year or more.
Now I have them it says they last 6mts so bit disappointed as I won’t use all the ink in that time.

Been using Cartridge Right compatibles for decades now. Always quick and friendly service. My old brother printer just keeps on going...(touch wood). Can't remember having any problems with colours clogging up or anything and they've got good mileage....Highly recommended.

Went down to 1 Star
Sent the wrong drum unit to start with. Then took it back (a plus). Sent one which they claimed would work but this one wouldn't fit correctly in the printer. However engineering me figured out that, if I sawed of two little plastic lugs and also heaved out a plastic bar which was not doing anything, the drum unit went in fully and the printer printed. (getting pissed off at this stage).
So conclusion : there guys obviously don't know what they are talking about.
Advice : take heaps of care.

Hi Mr Chambers. Your printer is over 25 years old but we relish a challenge so supplied you with an original brother drum unit. The info was unclear to us about the compatiability but sent it anyway to try. When it didn't work we sent a compatible version which did work, but you had to break the shipping clip off it(but there was no need for a saw!) Your order was a challenge so was taken back when we saw your review as sourcing this part as discussed with you was very tricky and unlikely to be available again.
