Lost a customer
I have bought multiple items from their store over the past years since they make the only bathing suit tops that work for me and are comfortable. I redeemed my rewards points in January (iirc) but didn't end up wanting to use them until now when they were holding a sale. Since the code expired, I reached out to their customer service asking if they could replace a $10 code with a new one and got a response that since it was expired, they wouldn't do anything about it. I asked for a store credit and they wouldn't even give me that. Losing a customer over $10 and bad customer service.
