Excellent company, quality wrap
Ordered two types of wrap, both came in one box. Fast shipping. Very good wrap. I called to add more to my order but to my surprise it had already shipped out. That’s how fast they are. Had very good customer service. I would recommend 10/10

Hi Cornelius, it is regrettable that there was damage to the package, but pls consider that here you are not reviewing the shipping company, but our service and the product we sell. If the vinyl had damage too that could not be corrected than we can help out, but it seems the vinyl was fine. Unfortunately we have no control over FedEx or USPS package handling...
Service was really good except the color displayed is not what I recieved
Service was really good, except the color I ordered was way off from what I expected. The website picture showed a truck with 2 stripes, one being grey, and I expected that to arrive. This color is absolutely white without a doubt. Taking initiative as the "biggest" supplier of wrap to take your own pictures as 1, it actually shows that you have the wrap, and 2. You care about your customers

Thank, you! Yes, although it can be done by a non-professional it is not a simple thing to do, but with some patience and watching youtube how-to videos a DIYer can do it too and do a nice job.
Extremely disappointed with the quality…
Extremely disappointed with the quality of the wrap and service.
This company sent me "carbon fibre" rubbish. It had blotches all over it and once i emailed them serveral times they put the blame on the installer.
A bunch of doggy excuses for a product and service and what a huge waste of money, i went to to avery and wow you really get what you pay for. Stay away from this perthetic excuse of a company supplier of VVivid. Disgusting

We did return $95 from what you paid even though both the manufacturer and us came to the same conclusion that it was installation error. Blotches don't happen during the manufacturing process nor during shipping; it can only happen when too much heat is applied. We can't guarantee installation error.

Don't bother!
I ordered from these people 23 July. Got no delivery date with the order so I emailed to ask for one. No reply! Phoned them twice and got answerphone message to email for all enquires! Emailed again to no reply! its now the 31st and still no product!

Please double check the website / company you purchased from, because it was not from us. If you are from the UK there may be a UK company with a similar name like ours but that is not us.

I purchased a new roll again to fix the lifting parts but ended up buying another brand that did not lift! And carwrapsupplier wil not return the new roll I did not use b/c other brand worked!!

We can't warranty installation. We have been selling this particular color for 3 years and never had any complaints about installing it. We sell a lot of it, every other day.
Warranty on the material is not from us but by the manufacturer of the vinyl. We have facilitated and helped you apply for the warranty, but the manufacturer came to the same conclusion that we had that it was incorrect installation. Since it has been ruled by both the manufacturer and us that it was installer error, we stand by our policy of no returns if there is no defect.

Order this item and didn’t received it. It has been 2 weeks and the still say that my item is still in their facility. I don’t know when I am going to get this item or how long but they really need to change their delivery service.

You requested a hold at FedEx on June 17 at 1:22pm; meaning you have to pick it up from FedEx! This issue is not caused by us. Perhaps you forgot that you made that request?
We have called FedEx for you and it is still in transit, they will email you once it has arrived at your local FedEx station and ready for pick up. Please be aware that we are not FedEx nor do we have any control over them nor your package once they pick it up from us.
