Good products, reasonable pricing, and quick delivery!

While I rarely leave a low star review, I am very undewhelmed with both the products being sold by CWS, and the customer support. I purchased an interior film which I intended to use outside. Per the item description, laminating the film will allow it to be used outside, and in calling CWS prior to purchase they assured me that any sign shop would be able to run it through a laminator to add a UV protective layer to it. Upon receiving the film, it was rolled etremely tightly to make it fit inside the original center tube for the vinyl. This caused it to peel off the backing and have a bunch of bubbles and lines which prevented lamination. The suggested fix once I finally heard back from CWS was to apply clear coat to the installed product.
Regarding installation, I was installing onto a smooth flat surface and it was an absolute nightmare! I also used some 3M film which was extremely user friendly and able to be re-positioned to get a good application. The Vvivid film is horrible to work with and if you make one tiny mistake, it will be stuck for good. Should you try to re-position it, it will tear.

I ordered and got my wrap fast, they did an excellent job packaging it too! Im currently stationed overseas and they shipped to my APO. I will order though here again if I decide to change my color.

You get what you pay for and at very good prices. Excellent customer service as well.

Shipping was faster then I expected!
And to clarify some of these comments I see, they do pack your vinyl in a secured container!! I had a little damage on the box because lovely fedex being careless. But this is coming from canada.. im in the U.S. They don't control the mail service with handling..
But anyway my wrap was unharmed!

After ordering some materials online, I was contacted that my order had been cancelled by CWS, because they don't sell only small items by themselves.
It was very inconvenient and extra work for nothing , when it could've been avoided by not allowing the purchase of only the small item online. plus the international fee charged, that could not be refunded.

I was assured that there was stock of Vvivid pulse in the uk so went ahead and placed my order, a few weeks later i was handed an extra £20 duties invoice from FedEx. why are a UK supplier asking for it to be shipped from Canada when they assured me they had it in stock? They have now ignored 2 of my messages asking why I need to pay this so i gave up and paid it. Buy direct i say as it will be cheaper given you need to pay import fees.

Customer service is awesome and product was exactly as portrayed.

I am a first time wrapper and it has taken me 6 hours to do the hood of my Small car but I am really happy with the results. A great project to occupy my time in the winter pandemic! Thanks again to CWS

I'm satisfied with my order. The shipping was a little slow, but seeing as things are right now I can't really blame CWS. The vinyl itself looks good and we're going to be ordering the correct amount, once we figure it out. Overall I'm 100% satisfied with CWS and I will be using them for my Vinyl needs in the future.

Signature requirements made me wait around for 2 days due to cheapest shipping possible and lack of competence with fedex...stupid response from customer service didn't help either.

The wrap was good quality it came secure and quick, I got what I ordered I have no complaints. The material is really soft and has deep rich black. As stated it can be heat stretched just don’t over stretch, it can tear as it is a bit delicate.

This is hands up the best company I ever worked with. The customer service is great I trusted them with all of my information because they have rightfully earned my trust. I recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for letting me review such a good company.
