Received 2 outfits today. Both ridiculously small for a supposedly large size. The quality is absolutely appalling. Looks like very cheap copies. Going to try and get full refund. Don’t like my chances.
Update. Had to accept a15% refund. They have a clause that says no refund on sales items so they just advertise everything as “on sale”. Cunning and surely illegal.

SOOO disappointing. These garments are notLinen and you can not get a refund. Wish i read the reviews before purchasing.Only got back aprox $30 for a $500 purchase plus overseas bank fees on top

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Don't be fooled - it's a cheap rayon/polyester thing you receive instead of a linen product. Wish I read the reviews before. Will try to get refund but doubt it to be honest. Expensive scam. DO NOT BUY!!!

Not at all as pictured, not a Melbourne store, comes from China, very poor quality, return postage $70, will only offer 15% and yet to be refunded as well.

Cheap polyester from China, $70 quote to return.
Will try to retrieve my money from my bank.

Absolute scam ! Do not buy from this website. Cheap , poorly made synthetic garment that does not look
like the website marketing photos and does not meet Aust standards re quality or sizing . They refuse to honour their full refund and offer 15% only plus no address to return items . They should be closed down !!!!

Didn’t expect much when I ordered it, but wow, it’s actually perfect. The linen feels soft but sturdy. It arrived earlier than I thought too, folded nicely and ready to wear straight out of the box. Been wearing it non-stop lately; it just makes me feel good when I put it on.

DO NOT BUY. This company is dodgy. Products are poor quality. Return process is non existent unless you want to pay $70 to return the item. They offer 15% refund for you to keep the item. That probably covers the true cost of their shit products.

I wish I had read these reviews before I spent my money on this crap! I have reported this site to Scamwatch Australia. The garment looks nothing like what is shown in the picture, everything on the website is a reduced price so they dont have to give your money back. They offered 15% back and I can keep the garment - I wouldnt even use it for a rag!!! I am not a person who gives a bad review, but this is beyond a joke!

However, my experience was very different. The business does not appear to be registered in Australia, and evidence suggests orders are fulfilled offshore (likely from the Philippines or China).
The garments I received looked nothing like the website photos — the quality was extremely poor, and the fit was unwearable. The company refused to provide a return address and only offered a partial (15%) refund. I would strongly advise caution before purchasing

Wish I read the reviews before I purchased. Items are not linen but cheap rayon polyester not sure as no tag on item at all with either fabric or wash instructions and looks nothing like photos. Definitely not made in Melbourne but shipped from china. So upset as I was going to wear the dress to my daughter’s graduation. Looks horrible.

The dress is not linen as stated on website. It’s a cheap thin fabric. Sizing is nothing like it states on the size guide and the dress was so big ( medium) and looked like a tent in me, had no shape to it at all. Contacted customer support to discuss my issues with the sizing and quality and they said I can send it back at a cost of approximately $60 AUD. The dress was $80 and not worth sending it back even though website states the dress was shopped from their Melbourne warehouse by Australia post but the dress came from overseas. They offered me a 15% refund and keep the dress. Honestly couldn’t be bothered.

I am really disappointed with this store. Item sent was awful see through fabric and extremely poor fitting. Contacted them for a refund and will only offer 15% refund as item was ‘on sale.’ Please do not waste your money as I have! Wish I’d checked trust pilot reviews first :(

Absolute rubbish. Not linen at all just cheap polyester. They portray themselves as a company from Melbourne and Sydney but their crap garments are sent from China. They offer a percentage back to you type of refund and say you can keep the garment. The Australian ombudsman needs to or who ever has the power need to put a stop to shonky companies like these as they literally steal your money.

Do not buy from this company a complete scam and all the reviews are correct.
Material not linen, sizing completely wrong sent large rather than XS, nothing like advertised. 20 days to deliver and would not give a return offered 15% discount. No return address on website.

What a scam and I fell for it! I note the 5 star reviews seem to have a similar theme and I question their veracity. Even their reviews are fake!
These are not linen, but made from the cheapest rayon. I'll fitting and going straight to the bin since therebb be is no chance of getting my $100 back

Purchased a dress advertised as linen , arrived and is the cheapest synthetic fabric , no shape , terrible quality . Deserves 0 stars . Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this site. I received my item today, to say I am disappointed is an understatement.
The fabric is not linen but a cheap polyester fabric. The website states that clothing is made in Melbourne, absolute rubbish. When I checked my bank statement, it showed that I had been charged an international transaction fee for my purchase, this would not happen if buying from an Australian site and paying in Australian dollars
