very expensive exercise.... , ordered an item and got a completely different ugly dress, wrong colour, size and pattern.... they want 470 postage to return it or 15% refund.... total scam... NOT made in australia as their website states, it took forever to arrive from a different country.... DO NOT BUY

The clothing is claimed as 100% linen but is in fact a horrible poorly cut polyester knock off with no way to contact and return this hideous clothing

Claims on the Instagram advertising the items are made from fine linen when in fact the item is made from cheap polyester. It is ill fitting and you cannot return it. Claims also the items are made in Melbourne Australia, why then is the package sent from China to Chullora in Sydney Australia. When I complained I was advised I could send back to China for a fee of between $70-$80AUD or be refund 15% of the purchase price. They would then need my bank details! Warning to report this shonky website and do not purchase from them.

Do not buy from this site. I purchased two dresses which are too big as the measurements aren’t correct. When I tried to exchange them for a smaller size (the policy says they offer free exchanges) I was told because the items were ‘on sale’ the policy wasn’t applicable. Here’s the kicker - everything on the website offers some kind of discount so in other words they don’t do exchanges. Aside from this - the dresses are not of the quality they promise. They are very transparent and more like a beach throw over.

Terrible! Awful quality fabric which is nothing like the shown garments on the website.
Unable to return even for wrong sizing if bought on sale. I can only imagine it would be very very hard to return anything.

This company doesn't deserve any stars. It is the worst company to deal with. The clothing is atrocious, horrible. False advertising. Material was cheap synthetic and the site specifies linen. The workmanship is below standard. The fit was horrible, the material horrible. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Dealing with the company is questionable. They don't give full refunds and communication is only through emails. They say they are based in Melbourne which is false. Item came from China. Extremely poor quality. It's a big scam. Keep away.

Not linen, items are polyester

Like many others here I purchased items that when delivered were nothing like advertised.
They advertise linen, deliver rayon and the actual items do not even match the style or description.
Have logged dispute claim with my bank as Casa Lino do not respond to emails.

They profess to be a reputable clothing Company producing Italian Linen items , of which are beautifully curated , blah , blah , blah .out of Melbourne , Australia.

Spent over 100 dollars , and waited 3 weeks for a pile of crap

Will not refund my money , as they say it’s a sale item , which is rubbish .

The 10% off each item was a ploy to get you in , as a new customer ..
They only have reduced items on their website , so it would be impossible to obtain a refund anyway .

Not unusual , when first time buying , these days .to get a little 10% off discount , so I invested in my purchase .

Now they have the crass audacity to offer me 15% for the total purchase price, so I can avoid a 50-70 dollar postage back to wherever .

Absolute scam. Do not buy from this company. Dress is cheap copy, nothing like the advertised dress, cheap synthetic material, definitely not linen. Easy returns are a joke, want to charge $50-70 for international postage

Poor quality clothing. Despite promises of a 'hassle free returns policy' on their website, they expect their customers to send the item to an 'international address' at a cost of $70. No offer of refund. No offer of returning item to an Australian address.

Fake advertising. The dresses are not linen. They are cheaply made. I agree with all the previous reviews. Unfortunately, I did not check with this review site before I purchased.

WARNING!! This is a scam. The quality of the clothing you will receive will be nothing like the description or images on the website. The fabric is not linen. The construction of the clothes is so bad that they do not even look like they should.

When you ask for a refund you will get a return email from AI with scripted emails (pretending to be a real person). You will automatically be offered 15% of what you paid and told you don’t need to return the items (and that return costs will be approx $50 to $70 if you do decide to return the items). You will also be told that the 15% offer is generous, as you are not entitled to a refund as the items were ‘sale’ items. The problem is, all items on the website are on ‘sale’. So the returns policy they advertise will technically never be in effect.

After making complaints back, you will be offered 25% refund (still no need to return the items). This will be the best you will do, despite sprouting Australian Consumer Law. Whether you actually see any money back remains to be seen!

Order never arrived. Numerous emails back and forth. Case Lino said it was delivered talk to courier. I speak with Courier found out it was delivered to wrong address. They won’t do anything. Casio Lino says it is a courier issue not theirs. So no refund and no item.
I paid for an item someone else received-proof in photo taken of house delivered to was not mine yet no one will assist.
Australians be warned!

Do not BUY from here. Biggest SCAM. Everything that all others have said happened to me too. And get this they took off their fees to discount refund so not 15%. Unbelievable. Dress not worthy for anything. Angry at myself for not checking here before I purchased.

Awful! Same story as all others here - why did I not check Trustpilot?!

My fault - I should have read the reviews before buying. Worst quality dress ever! Totally unwearable and they told me I would have to return it to the ‘international’ depot at a cost of $50-70.
Shamefully blatant SCAM

My mistake, I should have read the reviews on this site first. Casa Lino is a scam. I ordered two linen dresses, accepted the "new order discount" of 10%. The dresses are not even suitable to give away - I would be embarrassed to be seen with them.
1. They are not made in Australia as claimed.
2. They are not linen but some sort of synthetic.
3. Poorly made and stitched.
4. Fabric ID labels have been cut out.
5. Returns are too costly to consider, $50 to $70 was quoted to me.
6. A 15% discount was offered for me to keep something I will never use.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR ADVERTISING AS I WAS.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD TO WARN OTHER CONSUMERS.
