Still no reply from you guys. It’s been more or less a year now. So I will be heading back to Turkey at some point and going to legal advice and suing. You guys.

I have been very patient, but you’ve not really helped me once soever left me in pain so this is my last message for you guys now
Unless you’re going to reimbursed me my 8k which obviously you’re not so look forward to hearing to you in a few months when I’m back…

Sent about 8k if not more on just 22 crowns 2 implants
3 root canals
Couple of sinus lifts
Bone graft
Maybe two fillings
1 extra extraction

All I do is keep bumping the money up all the time

I had problems with my teeth ans I was not able to eat. The team helped me with professional care and dedication and now I have healthy teeth but most importantly increased confidence

I had a Hollywood smile and now I can smile confidently, so happy with the team and the treatment I received. Thank you Casas

Having just read another lady’s review about her dental passport this should be given to you before you leave. I had repeatedly ask for this they are rude unprofessional and sub standard work. I’m having to go with another company to get their work fixed at another 1k plus. DO NOT USE THEM
The good reviews on here are from ppl who have just finished treatment and are so happy with their new teeth as was I. However NO AFTERCARE and if anything happens it’s at a further cost to yourself.
Do your self a favour and go elsewhere.

I have to this again!!! It's a horrible feeling that they only care is reviews, but to do something to improve the reputation it's below all standards. Seven month after my dental treatment I had a issue with my implant, it's loose and moving, I contacted the clinic, some ot the contact numbers simple blocked me... I went to the dentist in the UK to see if they can fix the problem, the only thing they asked was to find out the implant details ( please note, the clinic didn't give me any paperwork, implant passport etc). I tried to get that info from Casas, no response until I wrote review, then I had a message the very same day, asking me to get the review down and they will sort my issue, and I believed. I took review of but they stopped communicating with me again!!! I'm very angry,this is the attitude towards customers? Or just a money thing. Or they hiding the real implant and crown manufacturers? I'm still waiting for my info! Dear customers please ask for the paperwork on your hand, that will help to resolve any issues....but I wouldn't recommend this clinic, no great response. Just a sweet talk when suits them.

This company have took 750 deposit from me had no treatment and they don't reply to me at all just no communication at all so looks like they just rip you out of money rats

I started my turkey teeth journey with watsapp messages to bilgehan, she was professional and helpful, booked my transfers and helped with dates I needed to come to Turkey. I went to my nova clinic where I met natalia, she was my interpreter, and helped with treatment, price, transfers to and from dentist, my nova put me at ease while I was there, I had all-on- 4 implants on top and veneers on bottom, both ladies and dentist was professional, helpful, courteous at all times. It's a long journey but we'll worth it once your teeth are in. 😁😁

My treatment started in October 2024 was collected from the airport the journey began. Natalia was there from the beginning to the end and was so supportive. The My Nova clinic staff were brilliant. They spent time explaining everything that needed to be completed so l felt well informed every step of the way. I had quite extensive treatment carried out and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend them. The clinic was very high tech, professionaly run and spotlessy clean. This clinic was highly recommended to me and have no hesitation in also recommending it. My partner had a free check and Xray, and has also decided to have treatment later this year. Thankyou all see you later this year.

My journey started with Casas Clinic in February 2024, from the beginning all staff who I have communicated with, mainly Bilgehan, have been delightful and well mannered, any questions I’ve had she has jumped to make sure I get my answer asap even when I’ve been home in the UK and forgot the time difference, she’s always been lovely and helpful. My first two visits I had Serena by my side and she was so kind, helpful and reassuring, it was a pleasure to meet her. My final time (28/02/2025) I have had the beautiful Natalia by my side who again was so kind and reassuring at every step of the way, going above and beyond all week. Im so grateful to all involved in helping me through my journey, you have all been wonderful!
My Nova Dental Clinic has been wonderful, I’m so so so happy with my final outcome I’m amazed at the transformation, how my doctor has made sure I’ve been satisfied every step of the way and then went above and beyond to fix anything I wasn’t 100% on.
I’m finally happy and have my confidence back, it’s all down to these wonderful people🥹🥰

Transfer staff have been wonderful, especially our fantastic driver to and from the clinic, so grateful for you!
The hotel staff have been polite, hotel is really clean and good food options.

The only downside to my full journey is the price, however I understand a price over text is not the same as arriving and finding underlying problems, when I was originally quoted £2,500 then upon arriving finding I had a fractured jaw which needed a bone graft, which lead to needing implants, obviously the price is going to increase. The price was fair in the end for the work I’ve had done and the outcome I have. Again, I’m very grateful to all involved!!🫶🏼

I feared so much about the treatment, From the beginning to the end " Natalie who was my Co ordinater and the staff @ Casas Clinic were so professional and helpful.
It was a wonderful experience with no pain ,I would highly recommend this company. From the bottom of my heart I thank everyone. God bless.

This is my 3rd visit & each time I go to this waste of time place the money just goes up & up & up plus now knowing I have to pay for 7 days hotel fee aswell I don’t know why I chose this place but to save people the hassle please don’t book with these people they don’t care.
My first quote was £4000 after getting there it went up by £3k third visit another £1k
Customer service is SHIT they just want the money no negotiation at all PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! They left me without teeth for 3 months with screws that fell out leaving me in pain and just said bring the screws when coming ( I’m in shock) PLease I don’t wish anyone to go through this type of treatment they sre a bunch of bullies that will be hearing from my lawyer they just want ur MONEY!!!!!

Avoid This Clinic at All Costs!

I had both a hair transplant and dental work done at Casas Clinic in Izmir, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I was promised 5,000 grafts for my hair transplant, but during the procedure, they only implanted around 1,500—yet still charged me the full price. It felt like a scam.

The clinic itself looked more like a construction site than a medical facility. The conditions were far from what you’d expect for such procedures. The pain was unbearable, and the so-called professionals seemed completely indifferent to my suffering.

What’s worse, there was absolutely no aftercare. Once the procedure was done, I was left on my own with no follow-up appointments before flying home. I had no idea if the transplant was even successful, and there was no one to guide me through the healing process.

This was a horrible experience, and I deeply regret choosing this clinic. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere reputable—this place is not worth the risk!

This should be my 3rd visit, 2nd they decided that I come over too quickly - they asked me to book flight in about 3 months and I confirmed that.

Upon arrival they said that they won't do anything as I come to early.

Firstly, I was left with multiple incomplete root canal treatments, which has caused me significant discomfort and concern. The lack of thoroughness and attention to detail in my care was alarming and has left me questioning the clinic's commitment to patient well-being.

Moreover, I was shocked to be asked to pay for my own hotel accommodations during my treatment as my hotel was agreed and paid in price. This practice feels incredibly greedy and demonstrates a lack of consideration for patients who may require additional support and care during their visits. It's disheartening to feel like a mere source of revenue rather than a valued client.

In the event of complications or issues arising from the treatments, it seems that the clinic does not prioritize its clients' needs or safety. This has left me feeling neglected and unvalued as a patient.

Overall, I cannot recommend Casas Clinic based on my experience. It is essential for healthcare providers to prioritize patient care and well-being, and I did not feel that was the case here. I hope they reconsider their approach to patient treatment and support in the future.

UK residents keep yourself far away from the Casas Clinic in Izmir

Upon having my teeth done 18 months ago, I started to have some infections and contacted the sales advisor and the company. I was also starting to have to discolouration happening to which I was told I would have to return but pay my own flight.

I found this totally unacceptable and I'm now blocked by all the contacts I had and can't even get an answer via the head office.

Stay away.

From start to finish. From contacting the company at the start of 2024 to finishing my teeth yesterday. the translators were absolutely brilliant. The dentist has done an absolutely fantastic job with my teeth and I can honestly say they are the best teeth I have seen from other people getting dental work in turkey. I would highly recommend using Casas clinic as in my opinion they really are the best at what they do. I can’t stop smiling I’ve had an unbelievable experience 10000% recommend to anybody looking to go to turkey to get the teeth done. I’ve stayed in 2 absolutely amazing hotels booked through the clinic and all my transfers were always on time and very clean inside. Again thank you so much for the work you have done it is absolutely unbelievable and I love it.

Recentemente ho visitato la Clinica Dentaria Casas Clinics IZMIR (MyNOVA)😁 per fare 12 impianti e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della mia esperienza.
Fin dal mio arrivo, sono stato accolto calorosamente dal personale della reception. La clinica è moderna, ben arredata e molto pulita, il che mi ha fatto sentire subito a mio agio.
Il personale è stato estremamente professionale e cortese. Il dentista che mi ha seguito, LA Dt.sa Julide Guler, ha dimostrato grande competenza e attenzione ai dettagli. Ha spiegato ogni fase del trattamento in modo chiaro e ha risposto a tutte le mie domande con pazienza.
Il trattamento che ho ricevuto è stato eccellente. Ho notato un miglioramento significativo nella mia salute dentale dopo la montatura di 12 impianti con 24 zirconia denti Ia Dt.sa Julide Guler ha utilizzato tecnologie all'avanguardia, il che mi ha dato molta fiducia nella qualità delle cure ricevute.
La clinica mantiene standard di igiene molto elevati. Tutti gli strumenti erano sterilizzati e il personale indossava dispositivi di protezione individuale, il che mi ha fatto sentire sicuro durante tutta la visita.
Un aspetto positivo è sicuramente la professionalità e la competenza del personale. L'unico piccolo inconveniente è stato il tempo di attesa leggermente più lungo del previsto, ma ne è valsa la pena per la qualità del servizio ricevuto.
In generale, raccomando vivamente la Clinica Dentaria Casas Clinics( myNOVA)😁Perfetto a chiunque cerchi cure dentali di alta qualità. Tornerò sicuramente per i miei futuri controlli e trattamenti.
