It seems like they lack in Communication with their own team or it also feels like they ain’t for real in terms of getting back to client. Such a disappointing and their emails will make you mad. So so frustrating. It’s not like I have a bad credit report with them. Twice I took loan from them and I paid on time. But they are such a pain right now. Sad and frustrating process.

I do not have an option to give negative review or else I would have done the same. I have message them 1 month in advance asking them to change the due date due to the war situation the salary date has been changed in the company explain them the situation in an email ask me for the proof send them the proof however it's been more than two months they denied to do it instead ask me to pay 600 AED additional about from the amount and then they are charging me late free which I did not agree upon and now they have made my life miserable by calling me every single day asking me to pay fine of 30 AED. Tiffin customer is giving you a note is a month in advance how do you expect the customer to pay you the fine

Down to my knees if anyone can help with what to do with this company Cashnow.
I deposited 200 dirhams to their account on the 09th March 2026 as part of my loan clearance.
My last payment is due on the 22nd of this month and am supposed to pay 580 dirhams.
I sent several emails to them to balance my account by substracting the 200 dirhams i deposited on the 09th March and let me know how much i need to pay to finish my loan and close the account but for almost two weeks no reply.
I even went ahead and wrote to ClearGrid to come into this matter but all decided to keep quiet.
I do have the money and need to pay before my dates reaches but all no response.
If you've been planning to take a loan from Cashnow, please find another way unless when you need to have stress.
Very poor negative Five Star App.

They are very clever . I pay my loan just time but they process 2 day later and they will penalties for 2 days . Very disappointed.

This company is hiring the most rude people in the whole world. If any customer wanted to be treated with bullying and awful then use this non authentic application, if someone respect himself never use it.
I had a horrible experience like horror & I was treated badly like a fugitive because I had a late payment not because I am not willing to pay but because this application didnot accept the payment via credit card.
Everyday they keep insulting me and they told me that they will teach me a lesson to pay on time.

High Interest and Processing Fee

for a quick cash,you can get their service but unfortunately their interest and processing fee is higher than the banks.

Also the customer service who will follow up on the payment will send you messages or call you non stop.

Not a really good experience overall

Please donot take loan from here they are scammers if u delay a single day they will disturb u so moch i donot want to take loan again from here

If I could rate zero stars I would. TEN months and I still haven't received my money. This company is a scam. Don't fall for any of their lies. They use false pretenses to lure you into willingly sending your products then steal from you by never paying.
