Cash now is haram loan provide too much interest and consumer services harassment they if delayed payments call unprofessional company staff and assesnation.

It’s been 4 days and they don’t care actually for you. Automated emails will turn you mad. Rubbish customer service absolutely rubbish. I have a clean history with them and yet they are not helping me at all. Zero support zero.

The interest rates are extremely abusive, and it's even worse if you miss a payment.

I will never take out another loan with Cash Now; it's not worth it. Be careful!!!!

I called, I texted, I asked for a settlement, and there is no settlement whatsoever.

They take advantage of the person's difficulties with extreme rudeness and arrogance.

Kabayan collection agents so rude, i got overdue for just a day, the way he remind and approach me to settle its like i will not pay anymore knowing i only owned them for 1300 which become 1700 (with interest), I cant believe there is call center agents like that no proper communication toward customers so mean.

I call upon anyone who was planning to take a loan from Cashnow, please DON'T and Don't unless otherwise when you're ready to be disturbed at all time.
The so called Cashnow they're Scammers.
I deposited money to their account on the 09th March and that money wasn't counted as part of my loan clearance.
On the 14th April 2026, i went ahead and deposited the money ( Last loan clearance) to their account and shared with them the proof of payment through their company email but up to now they're still calling me to clear the same money which i already paid.
Even their sister company which i will not mention the name, they're also doing the same thing and yet i shared my payment receipt to them.
On Monday i will go to police and report this matter.
This is a real scam.
If am to rate their services, i give them negative 50%.
Their email isn't working, all the time when you share something with them it get rejected
The customer care number isn't go through and when they call you don't speak with a real person but only with a programmed computer.
They scammed me 200 dirhams and now they are asking me to pay the 580.77 dirhams which i already paid to them on the 14th of April 2026.

I am writing this review specifically for CashNow UAE. If I could, I would give this app negative five stars. I even had to manually add this company here just to warn others because they seem to avoid platforms like Trustpilot to hide their poor service.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. There is no direct contact number, and the WhatsApp number they provide is completely useless, they never respond. Even when you email them about urgent matters like, it takes more than a week to get any reply.

On top of the non-existent communication, their loans are extremely expensive with very high costs. Dealing with this app has been a total nightmare. I highly recommend everyone in the UAE to stay away from this app.
