Extremly Bad gameplay constantly spins outs and never lands and wrongfully accuse there players of using bad and offensive language. Even though that never happened. One of the worst scam sites out there .I do not know how they are still in business it is really really horrendous .I will never be playing this scam site again .

Firstly, they are not a scam website. I did have some issues in getting the correct welcome offer but that was sorted out to my complete satisfaction via their web chat.
I received the £20 bonus bet. Unfortunately, it lost but when I contacted them to close my account, they credited me with £5! That has never happened on any other gambling website! Thanks again Hotstreak!
So why not 5*? The website is rubbish. It's very slow and often you're just staring at a blank page, wondering if it's ever going to update.
Also, there's no ability to place a bet builder on NFL games. Really??
At the end of the day, I was impressed by the customer service but NOT by the app/website.
If you want to bet with a company who are clearly miles ahead of the competition, head to Bet365. For sports betting, they are still unbeatable.

Happy to let me sign up and place a bet but when I queried why I haven’t received the welcome offer they tell me they’ve now restricted my account until further id is submitted. Shouldn’t the time for this be before they have taken my money? Dodgy company.

Decided to join Hotstreak after the launch of its new Sportsbook. Website was one of those Tommy Cooper “now you see it now you don’t” affairs, to put it politely, violently unstable. Nevertheless I persevered and placed a few bets on football, nothing major, to return £50 odd if they won.

A few days later, I got this email “ Additional documents needed -Your account has been temporarily restricted due to concerns that have been raised about your gambling activity.” Odd that since I had already fully verified my account.

Naturally enough, tired of this nonsense, I decided to withdraw my balance only to discover that my ability to withdraw my funds had been disabled.
Several sessions of Live Chat and customer support have made no difference to the situation and my funds are still trapped, for over two weeks now. It would appear their support team are recruited straight from the streets possessing no insight or knowledge on either the company, its rules or sports betting in general.

Will update when I manage to recover my funds from this joke of a company.

Scam website. All live chat links disabled. Deposited £10. Transaxtion shows completed but no balance shown in account. No way to contact them, avoid! Also the website is garbage.

PLEASE DONT BET WITH THIS COMPANY…..opened an account 2/10/25 done a few football bets won nothing fair enough but later on that night placed a inplay football bet it won and this con artist company returned my stake and i never got the winnings went on chat and usall it eill have to get sent to the relevant department theyve even took the settled bet of my placed bets list so it looks like i never had the bet on which is so sneaky..Also placing bets load for aboot a min before theyre actually placed which isnt great if you like a quick inplay bet and the website in general freezes all the time so stay far far away from this sneaky con artist bookmakers !!!!!!

For all those that have had issues, this would be because of regulations and something YOU have done. I've seen reviews where people have even said you have used someone else's card! You can't do that with any gambling site!! I deposited 20 today, won 50 and a few hours later the withdrawal has come through. The site isn't the best but the service is great. I used the text service and Noah and Axcel were quick, professional and friendly. Withdrawals on the slow side but it's not an issue, if you NEED the money then you shouldn't be gambling. Site could be quicker but there is a wide range of games...will continue to use..

Be very careful with this website, they advertise a welcome bonus with very clear T&C, I chose to deposit £20 and it deposited £40 and then the promotion which clearly states you need to deposit and wager £20 changed to £40.

I got in touch with Support - Noah, who was completely useless, it's in black and white in their terms but said because I had deposited £40, I had to wager £40 even though he even pasted their T&C which stated £20!

I will be raising a fraud/scam request with my card holder when this come out of pending.

Having tried dozens of online gaming sites, this is without doubt the worst. Lost my money faster than on any other sites. Not a huge amount, but still.

Slots are mostly very basic, and most don't have any interesting mechanics, or mini games you can unlock within them, other than scatters. RTP seems way lower than most other sites I've tried.

The site looks and feels very amateurish overall, pages don't load half the time and I regret spending any money with them.

Vile. Took £20 deposit from me using my joint account card. Played for a while. Withdrew £150 and later won £300. They wouldn't let me draw any of it. Said it was because of my card. Don't know why there's so many negative comments for this place, deposited some money played a few slots won a decent amount and managed to withdraw my funds the same day I just made sure I verified myself and yeah no problems at all

Absolutely terrible. Didn't recieve the "login spins" promotion for 2 weeks. I spoke to an advisor called Nate about it on the live chat. Explained the situation, just asking why. Sent the screenshots etc, of the promotions.
He started off by telling me I hadn't met the terms and conditions... i Explained all I had to do was "log in" so he didn't even get that right.
Then after him being corrected and me waiting on this chat for almost half an hour decides to suddenly inform me my account is restricted for promotions. No problem with my account before this.!
All for asking about a promotion i didn't receive. He tried to make me believe this was already the case but it wasn't, he did it. Anyway the app will be getting deleted.

This site is a prime example of why people believe they are dodgy. The most fixed and conrupt site I have played on. Your games are completely rigged and the ratio of betting compared to winnings is shocking. This must be run by criminals would be my guess. Shocking site, amazed this is still going. Gambling Commission needs to look in to this lot.

Website is very slow and unusable it took forever to make a deposit due to the button not loading. All of the games are slow and laggy and half of them end crashing. Waste of time avoid
