Waiting for £2499 to be paid into my account! Representive has stated it is my money and “awaiting “ the account to be reviewed! I didn’t think there was going be a problem with withdrawal and with that I’ve paid out £2000 to fight for my son in court! And now Hotstreaks haven’t done anything about it or told me a time when there going to process this withdrawal, I wouldn’t of paid out such a life changing amount if I thought there was going be a problem! If not withdrawn in time will not be able to pay my rent due to me paying out money, waiting on the withdrawal which is causing life at home very stressful as I have a 5 month old and mum who depend on me for money.

This casino is a complete scam and should be avoided at all costs. Shocking website, joined because of an advert that said no wagering bonus. Had a huge win so carried on thinking I had loads of cash... oh no they took all my deposit... and I swear the winnings from a single 10p bet meant i had to spend over £20k before i could access funds. I'm sorry but on Hotsteak and their sister site Mayfair casino l have had two terrible experiences. Playing with, winning with and then getting much less payouts after using bonus money on these sites. On Mayfair l won £500 on bonus money l wagered it through only to receive £100. On Hotsteak l won £130 with bonus money to receive only £35.

They are advertising “instant withdrawals” however you need to allow atleast “48 business hours” for your withdrawal to be processed which does not apply to the weekend.
I do hope I get my money! Rest assured I will never play on this site again.

Scam deposited funds won money but as used someone's account who had permission to use as payment method rejected withdraw and won't even give losses back citing terms of service, every other casino would give you the initial deposits back these don't.
