I deposited crypto money into my account as directed by their website. after a couple of days I contacted Casino Rocket informing them that it hasn't shown up in my account.
They asked for evidence of transfer that I sent them (even got my crypto company to help)...Unfortunately Casino Rocket keep saying the evidence isn't sufficient and want bank details - and doesn't matter how many time I tell them it wasn't a bank transfer it was crypto transfer and show them the evidence they keep replying with 'Bank transfer evidence'.
After some back and forth, they have now ignored all my emails and contact to date.
