The website has a huge range of products and brands - all of good quality - and is pretty easy to use and navigate, and I was kept updated regarding the status of my order.
The staff in store are also extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions I have or help with any enquiries.
The only teensy thing that would be great would be if items came back in stock quicker, or if there was an estimated time availble for when they'd be back in stock.

Great service and very good prices. Cass Art oil paint range is exceptional price/ quality. It is identical to Lukas 1862 at much lower prices. I have both and cannot find any differences. Based on unique mixes used only by Lukas 1862 and Cass Art Oil range, I am almost certain that Lukas makes paint for Cass Art, and it is not a student version of Lukas Studio but their top range 1862.
