I received my order and the fine art paper pad was damaged and when I contacted jackson they were very nice about it and partially refunded it to me for the damages. Non conoscevo questo negozio, l'ho trovato girellando su internet. Non avevo molta fiducia in esso comprando dall'Italia ( paura delle tasse ). Mi sono ricreduto, merce ottima arrivata velocemente e ben impacchettata. Tasse comprese nel prezzo di acquisto e niente sorprese con Royal mail. Aggiungo che i prezzi di jacksonart ( almeno per gli acrilici professional Winsor & Mewton ) sono BUONISSIMI. Negozio consigliatissimo.
