I'm really surprised and impressed by the help they gave me. Surprised because they gave a genuine free legal advice within an hour of me sending in my inquiry. They didn't push me into any further arrangements for their services and the information they gave was really useful. So, impressed overall! Awful company, terrible service and no help whatsoever provided.
I managed to get more advice and support from researching online and speaking to my own network.
Even after documenting the lack of work done (despite paying the £300 deposit fee) and writing a formal complaint I wasn’t able to get all my money back.
It honestly seems like a sham of a company that takes advantage of people in vulnerable positions. I would never recommend them or use them again. Don’t waste your money.
